Merged Sean “Diddy” Combs - sex trafficker?

Apparently every democrat politician and liberal celebrity that has ever endorsed a Democrat is going to be arrested and thrown in jail when his tapes are revealed.
Of course none of the Republican politicians or celebrities are going to be in any kind of trouble.

Plus, ignore the fact that he was a big Magat and Trump supporter.

Would you invite a Republican Celebrity to your sex party?

Constructive suicide like constructive dismissal?

Serious question, is that a thing?

Well...

Woman accuses Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and bodyguard of drugging and assaulting her in 2001 and filming it

Thalia Graves alleged that she met Combs when she was 25 through her boyfriend, who worked at Combs’ record label Bad Boy. Around the summer of 2001, while in a vehicle with Combs and Joseph Sherman, his bodyguard and head of security, she accepted his offer of a glass of wine and began to feel “lightheaded, dizzy and physically weak,”the lawsuit states.

She lost consciousness and later awoke naked in a studio in Manhattan with her hands tied behind her back, the lawsuit states. Combs came into the room and raped her, and he smashed her head into a pool table as she tried to resist, according to the lawsuit. Sherman sexually assaulted her as she came in and out of consciousness, the lawsuit states.

At a news conference Tuesday alongside attorney Gloria Allred, Graves spoke through tears about how the alleged assault had damaged her physically and emotionally.

KiraTV did a good roundup of the Diddy stories about 6 months ago. Some that go back to the 90s like the well known one that he ordered the shooting of Tupac.

Reports are that the police confiscated *checks notes* 1,000 bottles of baby oil and *squints hard, double checking notes again* 748 dildos, among the other evidence including multiple videos of people engaged in sex acts. He is said to have flown in sex workers from all over to co-star in his home movies. Mr Combs appears to be looking at *putting on sunglasses* much more hard time

Is that illegal?

I'm not following. If the other allegations are true, then those are illegal. In what way does that then make possession of baby oil and dildos illegal?

Hm. If you had 748 baseball bats that you used to repeatedly beat multiple trafficked and drugged women and recorded it, do you think the police might have a charge for something along the lines of "possession of a weapon for intentionally unlawful purposes"? Maybe even if you occasionally played softball on the weekends with some of them?

If bought for the purposes of commiting crimes, I'm pretty sure it could. I know for a fact in my fair state that you can be charged with possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, and it stands independent of whether it was otherwise legal to own or not.

Eta: the charge would not be possession of baby oil. It would be possession of paraphernalia intentionally used in the commision of sex crimes.

The accoutrements might turn out to be evidence of ownership if they were seen in videos of illegal acts.

Too deep? Really? I guess you think I was reading out of Black's Law or something. With some I guess amazing acumen, ii found this by googling in about a second and a half:

"A person can be charged with possessing an instrument of crime if they:

Have direct physical control of the item
Intend to use the item for criminal activity
The item cannot be used lawfully in the circumstances "

Pretty sure that raping drugged women would make them.considered not being able to use them.lawfully in the circumstances.

I strongly suspect it's the raping drugged women that will concern the court most. The ludicrous volume of sexual paraphernalia is just good for headlines. Without the drugging, raping and sexual assault, owning hundreds of sex toys is just an eccentricity.

yeah i think it's in too deep.

Yes, agreed. It's not me trying to steer this discussion down this weird backstreet of whether or not it's legal. I just found it funny.

How is this defined?

How is this defined?

Don't know, don't care. Why do you ask?

Eta: maybe your query should be directed at Mr Policeman that confiscated the ******* things? I really have no idea what you're even asking, starting with "is that illegal" while giving no indication what the "that" even referred to. You're making me guess at what you mean, and a noun or two on your part might work wonders for clear communication.

To answer your question that I can't even imagine why you are asking, Google sez "The definition of an instrument of crime can include anything that is used for criminal purposes or is specially made or adapted for criminal use. It can also include anything that is possessed under circumstances that are not appropriate for lawful uses."

Hopefully the "anything" bit in the hilited answers your question.

Or should I assume your next query will be "how is 'anything' defined" You can look up plain English words yourself, you know.

Not everything is an infinite spiral of philosophical navel gazing. The definition is right there in the description: An instrument of crime is anything in direct physical control by someone who intends to use it for crime, and there's no lawful use for it in that particular context.

Prosecutor charges the defendant with "possessing an instrument of crime". If they can convince the jury of those three elements of the definition, beyond reasonable doubt, then the jury finds the defendant guilty of the charge.

Could be a brick to break a window. Gardening shears to stab someone. A can of spray paint to deface a wall. A jimmy to pop a car door open. Hell, you could probably get charged for holding a clipboard so people think you belong where you're trespassing.

Thank you. That makes sense.

Its just sound household budgeting, you pay less buying by the pallet. You should see what he bought the last time he got a hemmerrhiod.

Just like on Top 100 Radio!!!, the hits keep on comin'.

Time Magazine (and others) are reporting:
An attorney said Tuesday he is representing 120 accusers who have come forward with sexual misconduct allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs, the hip-hop mogul who is awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. Houston attorney Tony Buzbee said he expects lawsuits to be filed within the next month. Buzbee described the victims as 60 males and 60 females, and that 25 were minors at the time of the alleged misconduct. Time Magazine article link

Combs' lawyer responded that Diddy "cannot address" every allegation that comes along...BUT!

"He looks forward to proving his innocence."

I wonder how one comes about owning a hundred or so dildos? Are there magazines? Amazon? Costco for dildos?

Is there a subscription box for dildos? I get them with baseball cards. A box comes monthly with different packs from different years of baseball. Maybe they do the same thing with like a retro, hand cranked vibrator, or a 70s style with an afro merkin. You know, something classy.

There comes a point in a man's life when he should ask himself "how many didlos do I really need?" Some might, as you suggest, have historical and antique value for display purposes, starting with a stone age dildo and working up to the nuclear age, which I choose not to speculate about because I prefer to sleep at night. Which Mr. Combs appears not to, what with cleaning off hundreds of dildos. Unless he hires professional dildo sanitizers?

Yes, there is a subscription box for sex toys. Several in fact.

There are numerous other materials used for dildoes; ABS, borosilicate glass, lucite, stainless steel, TPE, Silexpan, stone.

With that many didlos occupying his attention, I don't see how he'd have time to actually father a child. Seems he's got ...priorities.

Diddy has trial set for May 2025. He remains in lockup, twice denied bail and moving for bail again under the little known "perhaps you didn't hear me, but I said I really would like to leave jail" argument.

If Diddy is found guilty, does he change his name to Yes He Did? And what becomes of the dildos? Pretty sure he can't take them to jail. I doubt family members will show up with a U-Haul to cart them away. I don't think they are readily recyclable. Drop them off at Goodwill? I mean, ironically?
