When we moved to Xenfora some of the signature options didn't come over. In the old software signatures were limited by a character limit, on Xenfora there are more options and there is a character number and number of lines limit. I've set maximum number of lines to 4 and unlimited characters.

Meanwhile Trump's good buddy Putin has just been indicted for War Crimes by the ICC.

The US has never quite joined. For a while it looked as if we might, then we didn't then we almost did and then we didn't, so maybe they hope to lure us in with a tasty morsel.

I don't see how that matters as Putin's never going to step foot in the US or one of its territories.

US intelligence, military or otherwise, as probably direct proof of Putin's orders to commit war crimes.

But they won't share for fear of setting a precedent of cooperation with the ICC.

The need for PR might supercede this.

Yes but how is indicting Putin going to entice the US to join?

One of the political parties gained power in part through Putin's actions, and a big segment of the party still believes "better Russian than democrat". They will likely see the indictment of putin as an "attack by globalists on a great man"

I don't really suppose the US will join or do much, but I just imagine that some people connected with the court are hoping that a prize like Putin might induce the US to get a little closer. But imagine Segnosaur is closer to what will actually happen.

I am surprised that this is seen as trivial on the thread.
Putin can no longer meet with world leaders on equal terms. He is charged as a criminal for kidnapping children.
