    When we moved to Xenfora some of the signature options didn't come over. In the old software signatures were limited by a character limit, on Xenfora there are more options and there is a character number and number of lines limit. I've set maximum number of lines to 4 and unlimited characters.

Political satire past and present

I imagine future archeologists uncovering this post and coming to the conclusion that we were all on mescaline.
 
Yeah political satire goes way farther back than that. Ever see the cartoons from old-timey newspapers.

As bad as it is today (and it's bad), still can't hold a candle to this. And keep in mind there weren't many other outlets for satire. Last I heard,, internet and subscription cable weren't around there then.
