Penultimate Amazing
Since new Covid-19 tests are available as of today, I applied for the four I am entitled to. I started filling out the form with my name, but when I put in the first two letters "Al", up popped "Richard Allen". This is alarming because this was the name attached to an identity theft at least 10 years ago. I tried the first letter of the last (bad) name and that one popped up also.
Now, I've run several scans with Spybot and MalWareBytes before this, and this is even a new computer since that incident occurred. Where the heck did that info come from?
I guess those scans don't clear everything from Firefox. I went into the FF menu and selected Clear All History. I still had to close out and restart FF for that to take effect. It's possible I did a search in the last year or so for that name but I can't see why that was the only site to pop it up -- I've entered my name plenty of times in other sites.
