When we moved to Xenfora some of the signature options didn't come over. In the old software signatures were limited by a character limit, on Xenfora there are more options and there is a character number and number of lines limit. I've set maximum number of lines to 4 and unlimited characters.

For those interested in CIA history and antics, this is a fascinating, and disturbing collection:

Dating from 1952 to 1963, the documents cover MKULTRA, BLUEBIRD, and ARTICHOKE. Since MKULTRA comes up a lot in the conspiracy theories of just about every looney-toon ever, the facts are interesting by themselves. Different times for sure. Certainly cold blooded in conception, and execution of research.

I've been aware of this for a long time. Mostly because of the "Canadian Connection".

It's interesting to see the details revealed.

Some conspiracy theories are true.

It's funny for two reasons: The program ran for a dozen years or so, and there is final white-paper on what CIA techniques from these experiments they continue to use (if any). Personally I doubt anything productive came from these programs based on what they chose to do at Gitmo, and sort black-sites.

MKULTRA is the go-to bogey man for people with mental illness who refuse to take their prescribed medications, or are militantly anti-psychiatry. I dated a psychiatric nurse, and she said most people with severe mental issues rarely believe in ghosts or aliens, but many will swear the CIA is working with their parents, or doctor to enslave them through medicines.

These documents are disturbing enough on their own without the clown-show.

Really? If anything, I hear the reverse complaint. That it is too difficult to access Xanax or Adderall or something. At least in New York, they make it really hard to get medicine. Even people with severe arthritis are just given Ibuprofen and not real opioids. Especially if they are black.

When NY had a medical marijuana program, they made it frustrating and complicated on purpose, to induce you into just giving up.
