But with today's shocking news that Biden is dropping out of the race and Harris is possibly the replacement candidate the meme-makers recyclers have been in overdrive today.

So remember to follow these instructions to be a good Harris birther!

1) Oakland, CA is not part of US territory. In fact, many people are saying that it may not actually exist!

2) Always refer to the Constitution when people ask for evidence. Be adamant that it says what you want it to say. If they quote it to you claim that they left parts out that say she cannot be a citizen.

3) If anyone accuses you of being racist (just because this has happened twice now to Democrats with suspiciously dark skin), just say you aren't. Simple!
