Dreadful days are coming

Speaking of which, this site is a treasure trove for those who love Bond style novels:

By the way, I am only giving popular examples because the general level of intelligence and culture in this forum is low.

We are all Turks. Turks love Bond style novels and display, in this very forum, a generally low level of intelligence and culture. Following, of course, the example set by one Emre_1974tr.

May your kindness and consideration be reciprocated.

I understand that it is a hallmark of both Emre's culture and faith to feign superiority over others. That veneer is invariably very thin.

I wonder if Emre is currently experiencing his very own personal dreadful days, resulting in his posts here.

Have you ever met anyone from outside your town? Ever travelled to major cities in your country? Been to another country? Read anything but religious books?

Hey, too 007 films, "From Russia With Love" and "The World Is Not Enough" have Turkey as a major setting.

Today is most definitely not dreadful. Beautiful sunny spring morning. Our 40th anniversary with my lovely wife beside me. And breakfast with real (not the "Turkish" kind ;)) bacon. Bottle of prosecco chilling in the fridge, and out for a great meal together later. Even Emre can't put a damper on this one :xtongue.
It's a bit mizzley here but the three of us are heading off for a longer weekend away with like minded perverts so it'll be fine.

When have there been times when dreadful days aren't coming? Bad things happen. There are always going to be wars, earthquakes, destructive storms, famines, another "Fast and Furious" movie. Congratulations, you made a prediction that will always be right.

Good/better days are also always coming. The prediction has no meaning.

Just checking in to see if Nibiru has arrive to destroy the Earth yet. Its been coming for over two years, so it must be getting pretty big in the rear view mirror by now!

Nope. Still nothing.

See you in a year or two then ;)

Today it is raining. That is kinda dreadful.
It has not rained all day in my bit of the UK, and the barometer is steady at 1020 millibars. This is unusual, and may be a portent of the prophesied dreadful days.

Tomorrow is Friday, TFI wil be.

Today was Thursday. I never could get the hang of Thursdays.

The day after the day after the day after tomorrow will be Monday. I hate Mondays.

References to works by writers that can do funny good aside, I'm unemployed - days of the week are meaningless to me (that I am reasonably confident that I know what day it is today, I count as a win).

These prophesied dreadful days are very late. I'm beginning to wonder if they're ever going to turn up.
