From the looks of it, it seems that the pro-ID side has already abandoned hope.

From the MSNBC report

Plaintiffs' attorneys are planning a news conference in front of the Harrisburg courthouse where the case was heard this fall. Scientists from the National Center for Science Education, which assisted plaintiffs in the case, are flying in from California for the decision. "We feel very good about the case we presented," said Eric Rothschild, the plaintiffs' lead attorney.
But the IDers are much more subdued:

Defense lawyers said they will wait and see.

"There's not much that we can do," said Richard Thompson of the Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Thomas More Law Center. "It's out of our hands."
Gotta say, it's looking pretty good. And if you read the closing arguments from the trial posted here, it's hard to imagine the judge disagreeing.

That's all. I'm going to go out to the henhouse now and count all of my chickens based on how many eggs I have.......

Drat it, I'll be away from home until Thursday. I hope it gets into the Grauniad.
