Paul Zenon challenged her to apply for it on live TV and she accepted, but then backed out, no surprise there.
I was hoping to add the info below to the wiki page for the $1m challenge. Salway tweeted that she had received an email about the challenge, does anyone know whether this was an official email direct from JREF in response to an application? If so I'd like to quote the dates etc and hear if she also replied to JREF with reasons for her refusal.

She has stated that she has 'Ambitions to get proof of psychic and mediumship abilities to the wider audience via the media'.
