Connie has no intention to answer anything. This is a pathetic attempt to pick a fight so she can drum up hits for her website, IMHO. She never had so much attention as in the short time that she was the focus of attention for her challenge, I feel.


Just you wait, you'll see! (Channeling Paul Bethke? Will this game go on for eight more years? Probably. As long as it drums up interested passersby.)

Isn't she eligible to apply again after one year? No doubt she would come up with a second set of excuses after failing the new test, but to be fair, they all do. She really missed a chance to be exceptional, to admit she doesn't really have her superpowers, after a test.

I must admit I actually am curious as to what her excuses are this time, perhaps you could tell us when she finally thinks of some to post on her website.

I did not say with the JREF... She could do it with anyone.
She could do it on any number of other organization (skeptics or woos) just to show that she could do what she says she does.

Yet she has made no such attempts. I wonder why...

Well, as a matter of fact at the press conference after the test, her excuse was that "they" had decided not to allow her to succeed because it wasn't a good time for it. Then her excuse changed to Banachek cheating her, then to the JREF as a whole cheating her.

She doesn't need a second test to change her excuse.

I think I respond to you, Connie in the same way every time you come back in. The reason is that I still cannot believe you haven't answered this simple question.

It is now nine months since September '09. Nine months since you promised to reveal the whereabouts of Madeleine McCann and in doing so, effectively save her from whatever dreadful ordeal she is going through and reunite her with her family.

If your powers are to be believed and if you (as you assert) know where she is I am staggered by the fact that you have deliberately chosen not to help her.

At one fell swoop you would expose any cheating as well as becoming a world wide household name.

What do you have to lose?

Don't answer that 'cos I already know.
 
I think the mods are way to kind to edit out the names she called me, but rules are rules. At least the JREF follows a code of conduct.

I will send this email for Mark Edward too, eventhough he is a big liar. Because if you can`t open the document on the cd, he can`t either. So I still think he should have the oportunity to hear the cd rom.

Folks, please consider that Connie may actually be seriously ill, and she is living in a delusion that she cannot simply give up. Finding fault with the world, or the JREF, is easier for her.

Think also of how she declined doing any tests on herself before she spent a fortune to come to the fateful TAM, and that even now she will never test herself in any way to check if the fault lies in her own abilities after all.

Then the proper thing to do would be to suspend her account and not entertain her claims until she gets the help she needs.

We are not in a position to diagnose her. I just point out that this could explain her behaviour. I think that others made the same observation even before she was tested, and were surprised that the JREF accepted this test in public. Luckily, it was conducted in dignity.

She interprets events as being specifically aimed at damaging or discrediting her. This is another symptom of schizophrenia.

It's very disappointing that she felt the need to make up these sorts of accusations to preserve her delusion.

You are right-we are in no position to diagnose her. Either she mentally healthy enough to take what she dishes out, or she need to go. Since The Powers That Be still let her post here, the only thing we should do is treat her the same as everyone else.

And for a great length of time people have been making claims and predictions based on their having special powers... and none have ever been able to have those claims verified.

It really is quite simple. You made claims. Those claims were tested and unable to be verified. Instead of accepting this and moving on, you now blame an ever-increasing circle of people for having "fixed" the result.

I can see why you do this, though. To admit the test was open and fair would force you to question the existence of your claimed 'special powers'...and you seem unable to do this.
