26-story building collapses in Brazil due to fire

We'll know as soon as the construction details are clear.

CONTROLLED DEMOLITION. THIS IS TRANSNATIONAL TERRORISM. Brazil 9/11 demolition controlled by the CIA in such a way as to prevent investigations of the participation of MOSSAD in the attack in the US under the protection of the extremist TRUMP! Greetings from Oslo

The real conspiracy is all of these random, ramshackle buildings in far flung locations that are conspiring to defy physics just to make AE911Truth look like a bunch of kooks that don't know what they are talking about! Won't someone please think of AE911Truth and tell these buildings to stop defying physics just to spite them!?!

1. What is "transnational terrorism"?
2. What's with twoofers and their obsession with linking EVERYTHING with the CIA & The MOSSAD Agency? This is getting really boring after a while.

Normal question: Have the CIA and the MOSSAD ever worked together with anything?

Blabber that makes no sense. Google really needs to do something about GT...

Oh, and "Greetings From Oslo"? That's like saying:

Dear Rupert,

Your father has terminal cancer and only has 4 months to live.

Love,
Mom.

P.S.: Are you coming over for Christmas? Auntie Christine is going to make her famous Cranberry Cake!

I'm not sure it's actually notable to find somebody somewhere saying something stupid.

So, do you want to take bets on whether or not there are any more CTers posting there?

Was it a steel framed high rise building? If yes, it was a truly historic and very rare event.

The building starts caving in at the bottom and the rest just implodes in on itself. That's usually a tell sign.

No doubt about Trump's involvement. Trump is a goddamn traitor.
Now I have to apply for a job !!

Now check for molten steel pools in the rubble

It did appear to collapse into its own footprint at freefall speed and created pyroclastic flows of smoke and dust. :o

From the rubble it looks like steel framing with reinforced concrete floors. Only going by the available pictures though and I am no engineer. News reports say one fatality which is sad but also remarkable.

I'm reading it was abandoned some years ago and occupied by squatters. CIA squatters!

p.s. were there any squibs? Ya gotta have squibs.

I actually agree on that one. Counting this one, it has happened about 6 times in history, 5 if we don't count the Windsor which was a partial collapse, and 4 if we don't count the Plasco either which was 15 stories high above ground and it may not be considered a high rise by some standards.

A different matter is why that bit of trivia is significant.

Oh no ... thermite strikes again

That’s WTC7, Plasco and São Paulo. Can’t wait for the the Ae911truth report !!

Great one, thanks!

The perimeter columns were clearly steel, and some bowed:

Also, don't the pieces at the top (and possibly at the bottom) look like structural steel?

I don't think the perimeter "columns" were structural.

How else do you suggest the corners were held? That's too long a cantilever I'd say. There are no visible beams.
It looks like there was a large structural column about 10 from the corner, that's not too long for a cantilever.

It wouldn't be the first time an abandoned building was set on fire to get it out of the way and/or collect insurance. Nor the first time one was accidentally set on fire by squatters, either.

The only problem is that the building was owned by the Federal Government, not a private person. It was abandoned several years ago probably due to structural problems. Sao Paulo's homeless-exploiting mafia of left wing movements proceeded then to promote the invasion of the building, charging each person some 100-200 dollars a month for basically nothing in return. But thats another story.

Look at that smoke coming from the pile...........It's only a matter of time till they're pulling up molten steel............

I was going to riff on all the guys who said there "wasn't enough debris".

Yes, that building is concrete and steel, not steel and glass. You can tell by the large, round concrete column in between the two arrows. Those space-eating columns were the whole reason for the WTC's tube-in-tube design.

To me, the exterior columns look too sturdy for not being structural, and too weak for being carrying a significant load.
