Hi rolfe , my reason for contacting you is regarding this character David Gilroy , ive followed the case from the start , I was in court , and im of the same opinion as many others , guilty as sin , Ive been on to Chris Reddick at the sccrc but all they'll tell me is its ongoing and wont say anymore despite a decision being expected by end of august , I was just wondering if you could shed anymore light on it as going by your posts on other forums you seem to be knowledgeable of his appeal , thanks

I've been pondering the Toshiba radios thing, mostly in relation to why one particular model was decided upon.
The investigations quickly move from white, single speaker model to something completely different and I follow the reasoning for this ( even in it's sketchiness ) However, the bit wot bugs me is the ID of the two Toshibas that Andrew Jackson ( witness 92 ) is instructed to buy in Washington DC and send back to the UK. ( pages 139 and 140 )

He's under the impression that these radios are connected to investigations in Germany.

He says he'd be able to tell the exact thing he bought if he had the production and/or his label, but is under the impression it's a twin-speaker model. Does anybody get to see what this production is?

If it's unimportant or unhelpful to the defence, then why do they bring it up?

Here's a wee tribute to Fraser - http://edubuzz.org/blogs/eloes/2010/12/13/fraser-kiernan/ He was clearly a very popular teacher (I remember Preston Lodge from the mid-1960's - played rugby against them a number of times).

I phoned the priest- who was happy to tell me as it's obviously a public funeral.
He had to check it was still on. It seems burials have been banned in the mornings- weather related- but this is a cremation. The mass is 09:30 at St.Mary's , cremation to follow.
