You're correct. But the former *model* which explained the collapses was not there.... it was the math and that was what these JERFers were so into apparently. I wasn't around then and only came here to look for intelligent explanations of what happened...

BUT

All you get is mostly jumping on Tom because he is a truther and it seems that VA or ROOSD is what happened and it kills these guys to say it and the missed it. At best they say.. well it was a progressive pancaking and we said that in 2002...

I don't buy that really.

Tom seems to also be looking at the meta phenomena of 911 and how people got it wrong... and would not let go of their own misconceptions... truthers AND debunkers of the truthers. I find that interesting too because it informs ME how people are so invested for all sorts of reasons in their own BELIEFS and positions.

Not that it matters..

I do not see the relevance to Tom's "ROOSD", your "vertical avalanche", of discussing the minutia of who believes what about a third party's papers.
