It's a shame too because he sometimes had interesting things to contribute. His nearly Longtabber-ish proclamations about himself and self-absorption, however, prevent him for lasting long anywhere he is challenged. I just pwned him in another thread a couple of days ago and he left the topic stating that he strongly disagreed with me but offering no coherent critique of my position.

The following is in the interest of full disclosure. While I have never met Bill Munns or Dr. Jeff Meldrum in person, I was privileged to edit one of the papers on this subject that they co-authored. I have also exchanged several emails with Bill regarding that paper and also regarding the preservation of historical film footage in the possession of the Montana Military Museum at Fort Harrison, Montana, where I serve as volunteer media archivist.
