Howdy Alferd,

I've run across about 3 "Alferd Packard Memorial Cafeteria"s in my travels. One, at U Colorado, Boulder, has the motto: "Have a friend for lunch".

My favorite is (IIRC) a Dept of Transportation Cafeteria. Motto: "Serving his fellow man since 1873".
