In a recent thread you said you disagree with just about everything I post. I suggest that if you were to take the time to discuss things with me in a less restrictive and biased environment, you would probably find that there is actually very little to disagree with me about when it comes to thinking critically about the unexplained. On the JREF I tend to get misrepresented and misinterpreted here a lot. Come on over to the Paracast forum and start a private conversation there. There's no restriction on the number of messages, and there's way less moderation. We're not intolerant of healthy skepticism either. I use the same avatar and username there as I do here.

Frankly I don't care anymore. When I call out posters on their posts by getting at the thinking behind them, or the motives, that's real engagement with the person… if the mods want to support a false accusation of ad hom or whatever when I try to expose the mind behind the comments, they lose my respect. I've already lost patience with the sometimes really heavy-handed moderation that goes on… I'm also sick of engaging with dishonest posters, or right-wing gangster-thugs.

So I'm trying to stay away from those discussions… I really only enjoy the science oriented threads… but sometimes one sees something in New Threads, and I can't resist!
