Most likely Sollecito and Knox were genetically manipulated to be the perfect patsies by the Reptilians. Incapable of doing wrong, innocent of anything more than being in love, but also incapable of telling the truth.

Is it a coincidence both families were Catholic? No doubt some super-secret cabal of Jesuits or Opus Dei were involved. The set up must have taken generations, as the parents don't seem quite right either, but these evil forces are ancient and very patient. Don't think for a second the powers that built the Pyramids and sank Atlantis couldn't pull this off.

It should be obvious that all the evidence was cooked up. Why is Guede in prison? On the basis of tainted DNA? Fingerprints or shoe prints conveniently 'found' by incompetent investigators? And why did the Pope need to have Kercher killed? Who ordered the rest of the residents to be absent that night? What did she know that she needed to be silenced? Like the passengers on Flight 370, Meredith was probably an investigator who got too close to the explosive truth!

There are many unanswered questions, but now that we know it was a conspiracy even more diabolical than 9/11 with the incontrovertible proof published on the internet there is nowhere the real killers can hide. Maybe OJ can help!

If the court claims that a meeting for a particular purpose took place, it should be able to produce evidence that the meeting took place and what the motivations of the participants were. We all know that the Nencini court can't, because no such evidence exists.

We're way past the evidence stage, or hadn't you noticed? The rest of the world is waiting for the Supreme Court to sign off on the verdict and you still want some evidence, for crying out loud. Can you read?

I am quite certain, and I am also certain about the $9000 reserve fund. Go back to the first two Knox threads, and you may be able to find it there. At one point, Charlie Wilkes made some documents public, but I don't know whether or not links still exist. The PG-crowd managed to confuse themselves over even this information. As Mary_H said, they don't want information, they want ammunition. Will Nencini even talk about this money? I wouldn't bet on it.

The saving grace, though, is the reliance on Guede's pretrial, un-cross-examined statements. Thank you, Nencini. That will go over like a lead balloon at ECHR, assuming Cassation can even find a way around it.

Makes it unlikely but not impossible.
People sometimes fight over money even when they are reasonably covered.
 
Diocletus: "The saving grace", lol. So what are you going to do when the ECHR dismisses the appeal, as they surely will (in fact I guarantee they won't even allow it). What is your next forlorn hope? Any more ridiculous options? It's pathetic to watch you guys squirming, to be honest.

Did Knox and Sollecito save a little bit of Guede's DNA to insert into Meredith, knowing that the argument over money was going to get out of hand?

I know that Cassazione will simply sign-off on Nencini's convictions - so please do not get me wrong.

But what the hell has happened to the "sex-game gone wrong"? Jesus, Mary, and Joseph at least we're spared the "pooh in the toilet - cleanliness" motive.

But given that Cassazione has shown a willingness to meddle in facts as found at, ah, er, .... you know, the fact-finding lower trials.....

What is Cassazione going to do with the obviously sexual nature of the crime against Meredith? This was obvious enough to Judge Massei that he said that it was Rudy's lust, and his alone (with no urging needed from Knox or Sollecito) to have done this all by his onsey.

Knox and Kercher are fighting over money and Rudy us in the bathroom doing...... what?

Cassazione has got to fix this. In my more conspiratorial moments (cf. proudfootz) I'd say that Nencini is purposely offering Cassazione an out. There's no sex in Nencini's scenario.... begging the question about Rudy, and the facts as found by Massei, who also (by the way_ convicted Knox and Sollecito.

Squirming? The ECHR very well may dismiss the appeal before hearing it. What is your point other than to offer ad hominems?

Even you SuperCal, would admit it would be nice to have some evidence that did not come from Rudy's fast-track trial, you know, a trial process with the evidence-phase missing!

Why would AK and RS leave the Raff's apartment at all that night if it wasn't premeditated? Why would AK pack the knife in her purse if it wasn't premeditated? Why wasn't there cut marks on the inside of her purse? Why was only Rudy's prints/DNA in the murder room? If AK took the money why was Rudy's DNA in MK's purse?

This ought to be interesting...

Some would consider the perp's DNA on the handle of the murder weapon, and the victim'd DNA on the pointy end, to be evidence.

Unless there was a conspiracy...

And how did Rudy's DNA get inside the victim? Why did it get there and why is that presumed-semen stain not tested? I guess now we know why it was not tested.

This case was way past the evidence stage before the the original trial even began. (that's not an endorsement of guilt).
