Raf is out of the court if I understood correctly. I did not see him, but hey, I'm shaking here, no nails left indeed.

Well, Machiavelli is a defender of the faith. This is another black mark against the bankrupt judicial system. Everyone knows that it is broken, even the Italians. It is a system held together by powerful vested interest. One in which is in serious need of reform.
 
I wish I knew how to record the live feed for later watching. It is a little like watching water boil, but very interesting to watch the interactions of the various players. Perhaps someone knows how to do this? I can't stay pinned to the computer... alas work...

Can be done but needs special software. Easier to just point your phone at the screen :)

I guess that answers my earlier question about whether Italians have a sense of humor. Apparently, they do, but I guess it gets lost in translation.

Well I must say this delay is encouraging. What an odd system to have the trial last forever and then have the people sit around for hours in the court room waiting. They could at least serve some dinner and wine.

At least it appears there isn't a slam dunk verdict. Perhaps the call to see how the system functions was effective.

They never mention Rudy Guede in BBC News coverage. They're doing a terrible coverage. They keep saying "two people were convicted..."
