I realize it is still light then but you can see just how busy the area is with pedestrians leaving the car park and even crossing the road not to mention the traffic.

A hundred cars could pass that house in ten minutes and that window breaking is not going to garner much attention. Burglaries happen in broad daylight in front of lots of people and nobody notices...all the time. You can't seriously think that breaking into Filomena's window going to be prohibitively difficult.

The carpark is on the outside of the walled city. Typically few cars are allowed to enter the centro storico. The Etruscan walled arch is a main entrance to a pedestrian foot street lined with restaurants and bars. People frequenting this area would take advantage of the car park parking close by. Formica did. There is a busy intersection before the gate ,people walking in a direction towards the gate would cross close to the gate and not in the middle of traffic crossing three ways.

The gate you refer to is to the south. There is simply no reason to cross a road north to get there. You'd simply have to cross back over again.

Also, if the route was so busy (at night, on a day when Italians traditionally spend it with family), then plenty of people would have seen K+S entering and exiting - so pony them up - names? Testimony? Plenty of people would also have seen Guede enter the property - so a rear entry isn't any less risky in terms of being seen.

I'll repeat, the google street view shows people coming up towards the basketball court from the same side of the street as the car park, the inference from that is that they crossed over the upper ramp - a simple manouver.

Your contention has them coming up a prohibited route , to cross the supposedly deathly busy road, to walk along where there is no path, to cross back over the self same supposedly deathly busy road they were supposedly avoiding. All of this adding a hundred feet top their trip.

We aren't talking about the stairs though - are we? The lighting on the stairs will affect the automatic adjustments on the camara - exactly as artificial light does to your eyes.

It is exactly this contrast effect that would make it hard to see the window of the house whilst standing in the lit street, or your house.

Try looking out of your window with the light on. Now try it with it off. You will notice it's much harder to see out if you're standing in light.

This is normal.

You'll notice that the passing car illuminates the road very well, indicating that the 'darkening effect' supposedly at fault is actual darkness.

What has this got to do with anything? Everyone agrees with respecting the process, that's why everyone has representation in the courtroom.

Once again, though, a complete side issue is tossed in. Is it really that hard to say which site honours Meredith the most? Apparently you have not seen the charges and counter charges when the split happened, incl. some who claimed Peggy worked for the Seattle PR firm, which even Michael denied, and where Peter Q said Ergon was dishonest.

Maybe that is why the police or prosecution do not want to analyze the substance left on the pillow. Maybe the PLE knew there would be such an outcry against Rudy if it became known what exactly he did with Kerscher on that pillow? Mignini could not concur/facilitate, as he did, a lighter sentence for Rudy in exchange for Rudy's "passive cooperation" against Knox and Sollecito if it became publicly known what exactly Rudy did to the victim.

Mignini is really quite adept at maneuvering between and developing leverage on different suspects, defendants, and attornies representing different interested parties in this case. And withholding evidence when he wants to.

No but things had been mentioned in here before that led me to believe a coroners report or something was responsible for the knowledge that she had anal sex recently and I was trying to confirm the source . If it was her boyfriend then it's their business. If not it would lead me to believe it was part of the rape .
