I'm so sorry if that came across as slightly glib, but it feels like there is nothing left to do but point out the ridiculous. The evidence is clear that Amanda and Raffaele are not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt - to claim a motive that involves poo is such a huge insult to all affected by this case

I love your glibness and as stated I wasn't directing my comments at you only some of the repeated things I can't verify.

Mary posted some references but they weren't truly sources.

I do find it difficult to pick out a claim to rate number one. I put Curatolo and the ear witnesses ahead of ****.

I guess it's disputed that Mignini consulted a psychic. However, it is becoming very clear that Crini has been consulting multiple proctologists in coming up with his theories. I don't which is worse!

Nancy always enjoy your posts. This isn't really directed at you but these things you mentioned seem to be lore.

I have searched for anything that verifies that Mignini used a psychic on this case or that a graphologist was used in court.

I have found supposed graphologists writing about her handwriting.

I really don't think that those that believe her innocent or just not guilty need to exaggerate anything about this case.

The idea that each piece of evidence doesn't need to hold up on its own is mind-boggling.

Curatolo needs to be exposed and the way they used his testimony in a way that he didn't present it needs to be exposed.

They need to ask if the police were lying when they said they knew what was correct or when they said they didn't lead her into the statements.

It appears they will make some lame defense and not go all out.

First the Satanic ritual..excuse me Grinder, sexual sacrificial rite of all Saints Day. Then the sex orgy gone bad, then the absurd accusation involving Meredith's rent money. But Crini managed to take this farce to a new low suggesting this was all about Rudy's bowel movement. How do they come up with this crap?

November 20/21, 2009 was the prosecutions closing arguments in the first trial. Are there transcripts of the closing arguments? I don't find any in the usual locations.

I'm sure Randy will be here soon to help me out but I'm basing that on what they have done to date. They have never gone after the police for "knowing" and slapping her around. They haven't to my knowledge pointed out that without the disco bus bs they can't change what Curatolo actually said.

I know CoulsdonUK reads here, and he has been very dedicated in not forgetting Meredith Kercher in all this. He's also resisted, really, expressing any opinion about guilt or innocence of the two accused.

My question is: is this process worthy of the horror that the Kerchers continue to endure? How much of this can that family really take? Were the Kerchers served, when the ISC last March, quashed the Hellmann acquittal, just so that Crini could reduce it to pooh, no motive, and no premeditation?

CoulsdonUK is high on my list for going for a pint together....

I wonder what John Kercher thinks about the idea of Meredith losing her life because she got uppity about a turd.

Machiavelli, I would like to ask you about judges' thought processes when different prosecutors prosecuting a case propose quite different motivations for a crime.

1) Prosecutor Mignini proposed that the murder was a result of a sex-game turned violent.
2) Prosecutor Crini appears to be proposing that the murder was touched off by an argument over a visitor's objectionable toilet habits.

Are the judges obliged to give more weight to the initial prosecutor's theory? Or the last prosecutor's theory? Is there a way they are to rank them, as in It was this, but might have been that.

Well add up all the wrong things about this case...those obvious, blatant, moronisms of fact-less innuendo and a zero sum of evidence against the two innocents and yet...YET... this defense (who are lovely men and women certainly) are far and beyond their experience depth since they still cant seem to be able to win this lame azed case!

That makes them a lame defense and if they don't bat one out of the ball park next month these two are back to square one. No...maybe even more jail time! They are lame. The proof is in the pudding. Simple actually. Lovely people yes...I would use Carlo as my dresser, I want the Perugia grey hair dude to be my father. But I wouldn't want either to represent me for anything in an Italian court room.

Its just the sad truth. You cant swim with the sharks unless you get into the water with them.

Nice try, Xinonix. I'm not sure you got it right. You are using knowledge of the crime scene and logic. Your answer just shows your innocenti confirmation bias.

Meredith might have seen it. Rudy might have left it in the toilet in the hallway bathroom - the one Meredith and Amanda use. The turd might have moved. It might have been transported - perhaps in Amanda's purse. Yea, that's it. It moved from that bathroom to the other bathroom, the one that the Italian women share - where it was finally found.
