Cluesforum - How far will they go exactly

Their theory of making every thing add up to 7,with numerology that changes its rules to suit!
A recent plane crash 61 passengers 6+1 =7 yep but the plane number is 7742 which should obviously add to 20 by their rule yet its just ignored apart from the "7"'s.

Holy ****** (no pun intended)

I followed a few of that guy's (Steve Christ) videos. He thinks the glass sky might come down/doomsday on Friday (Oct 18 2013) when the sun stops.

Apparently, he thinks he's The Dreadful judge. He did say, just in case we're all fine on Saturday, that April 15th 2014 might be the day. lol

Might win the 'nothing more bat **** on the internet' award or he's the best damn Poe the world has ever seen. lol

You're just not trying hard enough. See, it goes like this:

Start with (7742)
(7)(7) 7+7=14 and 1+4=5
5+(4)=9
9-(2)=7
Therefore (7742) translates to 7.

Works every time (so long as you change the rules to suit, of course.) ;)

I think they start from the assumption that the government is guilty until proven innocent. Meaning that for any major occurrence, it was faked by the government until proven real. And if you start with a presumption of guilt you don't have to explain the "how" or "why".

Alternatively, I wouldn't be surprised if some of them think that everything that's real gets covered up, and therefore anything which makes it to the news must be fake.

They do not know how to join dots and do not even try. They take singular events call them fake without even attempting to put them into a wider tapestry of the CS world, by trying to invent links between the events or suggesting that they lead to some wider purpose..

If you start out from the point of view that you can call all major occurrences fake before they even happen, there really isn't any way to connect the dots or suggest a wider purpose.

Yes, if anyone disagrees with Simon Shack they will be insulted, quicky banned, or the posts deleted. (Unfortunately one recently was, but I did not get a screenshot of it, so sorry, no evidence). This sort of thing appears to frighten members to the extent that new posts are becoming a rarity, and the old regulars do not even seem to log on any more.

To me, getting insulted or banned by Simon Shack would be the equivalent of getting hit in the stomach by a butterfly, but to some basement dwellers...

Simon does not want a BB, he wants a cheer squad, and has absolutely no desire to discuss anything. His word is law, and nothing else matters. But that's OK, that's fine - his Board, his right to do what he wants with it.

I get the impression hoi.polloi carries more weight than he's given credit for. It was hoi who did most of the research for the vicsims report. He seems to have the final say when it comes to the forum.

The foul mouthed brianv was one of those that called for the forum to be closed to outsiders.
It's amusing that they pedantically pick up on spelling and punctuation saying it ruins the boards credibility, yet allow someone who has obvious anger management issues to litter the forum with crude language.

A couple of their members have obvious rage issues and have even displayed blatant psychopathic behaviour, which is totally overlooked as long as they agree with what Simon says.
They are an odd bunch most displaying some sort of psychotic tendencies, conspiracy theories aside. Wouldn't surprise me if you put them all in one room the majority would have pre-diagnosed mental health issues.

I haven't figured out Simon's intentions. He's a master at using psychology & sociology, with a questionable family background behind him.

Cant figure out why it also includes every shade of grey and even black. Unless they are color blind.

I can kind of understand him not taking a look for himself. If he did, and then he reported back to the forum that it looked legit, he'd immediately be called a liar and probably banned.
