If that testimony is the basis of conviction, it is. We'll hear more about in close.

I'm pretty sure the prosecution has other evidence and witnesses. In fact, I believe they've already called some of those witnesses.

And as I already pointed out, none of the individual testimony of those witnesses is subject to the burden of reasonable doubt.

That photo was not submitted into evidence, nor is anything presented during an opening statement considered evidence.

The defense has to actually present their case before they can enter evidence in support of it.

You are correct, it's probably a mass conspiracy by all the newspapers to completely misrepresent what the witness stated.

Sorry for the OT question but it's been many years since I watched a court case on TV and it appears that "court TV" doesn't even exist any more other than as some ridiculous looking drama/documentary type channel.
1. What channel is carrying this case live?
2. Is there a recommended streaming site you folks prefer?

I did know Court TV changed to True TV several years ago, but I didn't know they no longer carried trials.

The problem with that argument, of course, is that if someone asked me to vouch the absolute accuracy of my assertions made here in a life felony, I would decline.

Also, the video will be up on YouTube this afternoon. I'll repost your claim of inaccuracy against my original claim so we can compare.

HLN if you're a Martin supporter. If you want neutral commentary during breaks and no interruption when court is in, I recommend http://www.wftv.com/s/zimmerman-livestream/. Their stream is pretty solid.

They carry taped trials now for 2 hours. Otherwise, it's Lizard Lick. CourtTV is dead - body and spirit.

Holy Crap! They used to show the court cases until 3. I just checked and Most Shocking is on right now. When did that happen? I know they were court at least up until the Arias trial and that, mercifully, just ended.

Yup. InSession was dropped in April, IIRC. TruTV carries taped trials for like 2 hours in the AM now. Most of the staff moved to HLN. They also dropped any pretense of neutrality - it's like watching Nancy Grace gavel-to-gavel now.

The problem with her testimony is how do "grass sounds" resolve what caused them? Does Zimmerman grass sounds have any difference from Martin grass sounds?
