The little background research DoomMetal suggested reveals Robin is most likely a woman of the same name with a father named Salvatore. There's nothing in a quick search which matches DM's claim tbat she revealed herself to be an "old man".

Much of what Robin claims doesn't hold up to critical scrutiny, but has SHE given us any valid reason to question her claimed gender? If not, seems irrelevant.

I have seen a photograph of an old man (looks 75) with a woman that Robin posted on a website a few weeks ago, I can't seem to find it now. I assumed Robin was the man. So it was probably my error. <SNIP>.

They seem to have been spamming "Google "Proof of Life After Death Yorktown" to read about my experience with medium John Edward" since May 2012 on many blogs. A look at their blog here is just nonsense talk.

Cognac and Fanta...that's an interesting cocktail choice! Have you ever suggested to her that the ghosts might prefer a sidecar or a nice Alexander? Or that they would maybe like their cappuccino spiked with the cognac and a little cream and sugar? Have you ever drank the offerings just to see what she says? Have you ever told her that the ghosts might like a little snack, and suggested some of your favorite snack foods that she makes as potential offerings?

I don't know how I would resist trying some of these things out, but that's probably why I'm not married. I would be so tempted to hint around that ghosts really like lumpia :p

She came here, made some claims, and skeptics have responded by rationally examining them. That is one of the intents of this forum, there is nothing wrong with it, threads like this are not at all unusual, and, sorry, you don't get to decide what is a waste of time for everyone here.

Wasting time on this when we could be debunking mediums like d.d. home!

If Robin returns to the thread, it might be helpful to know if the alleged Valerie Harper connection was DA561 or GD258. There may be something about that issue that almost everyone has overlooked.

Robin the requirements for the seat are that you should fill out your name, address, phone number, email and then a picture and then a large paragraph filled with reasons why.

I'm the only "me" in the world. If I typed my name into google I'm the only one in the world that will show up. So I can't attend. I'm screwed if I try.

Obviously JE is your saviour and hero as you believe he has given you what you believe to be convincing proof of life after death and an ability to communicate with it (exactly what you were looking for).

I’m assuming that the excitement and comfort this belief has given you has inspired you to start this thread to share your “discovery” and joy with others.

You must have known that the majority of the members of this forum are “nasty sceptics” but you seem to have thought that your “evidence” was so strong and convincing that perhaps it might even convince a few “nasty sceptics”. Not only have you not succeeded in doing this but don’t think you have even gained any support from a single “nice believer”.

Are you capable of at least considering the possibility that your “Proof of Life After Death!!” perhaps isn’t as strong and convincing as you thought it was?

No. It's a way to explain the alleged Valerie Harper connection, a piece of significant "evidence" supporting the claim of proof of life after death. Care to let us know which one it was? Or shall we protect everyone's privacy (even though we don't have to since the names are relevant to the topic and publicly available) and let that one go as a piece of information that John Edward could have easily discovered with about 5 minutes of research?
