Proof of Life After Death!!

@Robin1

I'm still waiting for you to help me by explaining the following . . .

"Okay, let’s say I’m wrong and you’re right, so educate me. Explain exactly why and how any of the trivial crap you list in any way provides credible evidence it came from a dead person as opposed to any number of possible real-world means. That "JE said so” doesn’t count as credible."

In case you don't understand my question is - How does anything JE does prove he is taking to dead people?

You wouild obviously like to help me get my hands off my eyes and see the light - right?

I see a picture of JE in your bedroom (perhaps many pictures) - and I ain't psychic.

I might say "cool story" to you but I really don't see how people here could consider stuff like that as even being in the same ballpark as the stuff John Edward comes up with.

Who is actually hitting balls out of that park... Repeatedly.
Incorrect.
I find it hard to decide whether you are lying or genuinely deluded.

You can't. You haven't. You never will.

Nor will ANY stage performers ever come up with anything like John Edward has....REPEATEDLY.

Please stop claiming the long list of JE's TRULY unique, unknowable, specific, and personal hits are comparable on ANY level, to the story you told about yourself.

Please stop saying a fake could do it.

And do it REPEATEDLY.

Never.

Ever.

Now, I'm goin' to buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jack.

You're saying Stellafane is lying?

I understand. I want just want to establish to robin that I'm not making my claims about Johnny for no reason.

I don't think Robin actually comprehends anything other than the posts she writes which declare JE to be real.

But for those lurking who want to know the truth, your evidence is excellent.

It would have to be a really dim-witted lurker that was inspired to think JE is genuine by any of Robin1’s posts. She practically does our “job” for us.

Paid shill it is, then.

Or perhaps merely a "schoolgirl" crush.

I hadn't considered that possibility, ynot.
Could be, could be.

I also note this poster hasn't commented on the linked JE performance I posted.

Or my request to be educated, or anyone’s requests for credible explanation and information. Ah well . . . belief is all about faith and when it comes to JE, Robin1 has truckloads of that (and love). Faith is the stuff that turns fantasy into reality and belief into knowledge, and it’s impervious to intelligent scrutiny.

Personally, I don't think Robin1 is accusing me of lying per se (at least, I prefer not to think she is). Instead, I think this is more of a case of "There's JE, and then there's everyone else." Thus everything JE does is truly astounding and unmatchable, while anything everyone else does is by definition a lesser accomplishment. To allow otherwise is to admit that JE's feats are duplicatable via non-paranormal means -- and thus it isn't necessary to invoke psychic ability to explain them. And judging from her "please stop" requests, I'm guessing that this is one possibility Robin1 is just not prepared to even consider.

I wonder if JE is like a superhuman, savior, knight-in-shining armor, cool boyfriend figure, for Robin1?

In the comments of my blog I briefly refer to the following story which I will now explain in detail.

One day a friend at work told me she was shocked to turn on the TV and see John Edward reading an old coworker of ours. We hadn't seen this girl in many years. She told me that our old friend's deceased Dad came through....and John knew to ask her if she had named her dog after an alcoholic beverage.

She had....the dog was named Jagermeister!!

So me, being the totally non-obsessive person that I am , decided to try and track down this old coworker because I wanted her to tell me herself what she thought about the reading. Took me a couple of days and quite a few phonecalls but I found her.

She totally believed JE was real and stressed the part about him asking if she named her dog after an alcoholic beverage...a unique, specific, unknowable, personal hit not thrown out to the entire studio audience.

She went on to tell me that she and her sisters (who were part of the reading) were disappointed that another big hit had been edited OUT of the show that aired on TV( for time purposes).

She told me that her Mom did not have a middle name.
Her Dad used to joke about it and told her Mom that HE would give her the middle name that she was missing.
That name was Rose.
And her Dad called her Mom Rose from then on.

So JE at one point of her reading says her Dad wants to mention....Rose!
Or it was something very similar to that...I can't remember exactly if my friend said JE said that or say hi to Rose or the like.
But he definitely said the name Rose to them and that it was related to her Dad.

And yes, while I know and acknowledge my memory of the specifics of my old coworker's reading elude me...the huge hits...dog being named after an alcoholic beverage..and the name Rose being connected to her Dad... are clear as day.

My old friend insisted there was NO way, no clues given to JE that could have enabled him to know these things other than he was indeed communicating with their deceased Dad.

As an aside, my old friend also told me that even though the reading was amazing, she and her sisters were disappointed that their deceased sister did not come through. Right after the event (NYC) my friend and her other sisters went out to eat and discuss what had just happened. There was a debate about which restaurant to go to but they finally all agreed on an Irish one they thought their deceased sister would have liked.

Sitting at the table, they all were excitedly discussing the reading. Their deceased sister not coming through and their disappointment was part of the conversation.
At some point my friend noticed that on the wall right next to her is a picture with a poem (or saying, I forget) which is about ...sisters!
They all felt that was their deceased sister giving them a sign and assuring them she is indeed still with them.

I do realize that EVEN MORE of John Edward's (UUU) unknowable, unlikely, unique and personal hits will mean zilch to most of you.

But maybe, just maybe, as the evidence mounts...and mounts...and mounts...someone, somewhere, will indeed truly "hear" me.

And even just one more light going on, can make the world a brighter place.

I, for one, don't believe a word of it is true.

But maybe, just maybe, as the evidence mounts...and mounts...and mounts...someone, somewhere, will indeed truly "hear" me.

Stories, especially stories told without a shred of credibility to stand on, do not constitute evidence. So, no.

And even just one more light going on, can make the world a brighter place.

This quote sums it up nicely...

It would have to be a really dim-witted lurker that was inspired to think JE is genuine by any of Robin1’s posts. She practically does our "job" for us.

I have difficulty believing that anyone could still think such stories constitute evidence that this guy is genuine, after everything that has been so patiently and repeatedly explained to them.

That would also be a hit for anyone with a dog named Bud,Buddy, jack, Sierra,Bailey,Brandy,Captain,Hennessy,Cosmo,Stella,Miller,Rita,Sam and murphy to name a few.

That's because he never misses for you, no matter how painfully obvious they are.
But maybe, just maybe, as the evidence mounts...and mounts...and mounts...someone, somewhere, will indeed truly "hear" me.

And even just one more light going on, can make the world a brighter place.

It will be a brighter place when con artists like John Edwards, Terresa Caputo, Sylvia Browne and the like are no longer allowed to prey on the vulnerable. It will be a brighter place when it becomes a crime to swindle people out of money with promises of contacting the dead.

I'll get the easy one out of the way, Transcript or it didn't happen.

Emphasis mine in hilite.
