NO,in fact no one involved in prosecuting the case says that the lamp has anything to do with this crime. If it was, it would have been introduced during the trial. Keep trying...

dude, you sit and spend hours talking about this **** case and you get something like this wrong? You deny that Knox was asked about the lamp in the trial? I'm going to give you one last chance to back off your ignorance on this. You have not put forth one plausible reason for her lamp being in the victim's room. You just want to sweep this under the rug as irrelevant b/c x, y and z. even if they didn't talk about it, it is still incriminating. if not, tell me why not? how is it a non issue for Knox's lamp to be in the victim's room, considering it was her only source of light in her room? wouldn't she need her lamp in her room? Why would guide come back to the house to put Knox's lamp in the room, but not clean up all his traces? did he put the lamp in there before? Did meridith borrow it? give me an explanation that at least makes sense. dont' tell me against hellman didnt' care about the lamp. I care about it, and I think most logical people care about it, in terms of it being compelling evidence.

you read everything as a literal translation. my point is majority of people in Italy and other countries think she's guilty. she's wrapping herself up in the American flag, and that lame tactic is only going to work here, although it hasn't worked all that well for her b/c most americans don't know much about her. i'm embarrassed this babe is from America and claims to represent this country. forget that. she needs to fly on on her own and stop dragging her fellow citizens into her mess..

Too bad Dr. I'm not embarrassed at all. And while I believe the majority of Italians do believe that she is guilty, I don't think that is true of any other European country with the possible exception of the UK and there I think it is more like 50/50.

But on the other hand we are both talking out of our backsides on this as there is only anecdotal evidence.

I bet Rudy came over to the drug guys who lived downstairs to see what they were doing and learned they were gone for the holiday weekend from Knox, and Knox invited him in. he probably didn't have much else to do b/c everybody else was gone for the weekend too. he was supposedly attacted to Knox as well so it's not hard to believe he would have wanted to hang out with her.

Please go ahead. If I'm wrong, I'll own up to it. But I'm not. No evidence about the lamp was ever introduced. It is not mentioned in either the Massei or Hellmann report.

I could post the sections of the transcript where Mignini questioned Amanda about the lamp. But it doesn't seem worth my trouble. That lamp would be an invaluable asset while they were using micro-tweezers to remove all the incriminating DNA from the murder room without leaving any visible sign of a disturbance. In 400 pages of details of the case. How could Massei have left it out.

i'd love for you Knox lovers to tell me what the difference is b/t her and Arias b/c they are both the same type of person with overwhelming evidence against them. I think it's hilarious that Injustice in Perugia is using AManda Knox as their bedrock case to spring into a website against wrongful convictions. MIght as well use OJ Simpson, it's that dumb.

you keep forgetting about raff's dna on the bra clasp. I think they found Amanda's dna in the room too but the sample was small but it was a partial match to her dna.

Knox's blood mixed with the victim's blood in 5 different spots in the house, including the room where the break in was staged and the two should have never been in there together previously, especially while bleeding at the same time. Knox's bloody footprints were exposed by luminol in several locations in the house. her lamp is in the room. if you look at a picture of knox the day of the murder, she has a cut on her neck, that her roommate and one other person noticed as well. she claimed it was a hickey from her boyfriend but that's not what it looks like.

you can be as smug as you want about this but this babe is going down. she's going to rot in jail.

I concede this point as Charlie is unimpeachable.

What Charlie didn't tell you is that Raffaele's former housekeeper testified that she asked Raffaele to pick up that bleach when she was working for him and that what was still in the bottles was what she remembered was there when she left.

FWIW, a witness (Rosa Fernandez) testified that she cleaned Sollecito's apt. on Nov. 5 with a product called Lysoform. That was what the police smelled when they went to the place the next day. Not that it was ever relevant, because the crime took place elsewhere.

Fernandez took over when Sollecito's earlier housekeeper, Marina Chiriboga, went on maternity leave. Chiriboga testified that the bleach under the kitchen sink had been there since the previous summer.

many murder cases there is no DNA left behind. We don't shed DNA like the Knox supporters seem to argue. there does have to be some rubbing action.

did rudy take some tweezers and remove all his dna from the window and the room he came in trhough the window? Cuz none of his DNA was in there but you guys don't think that is curious at all or proof the break-in was staged, right?

You guys aren't going to win a debate with me. I'm unrelently logical. :)

I like to know how Raff's DNA ended up on the bra clasp of the victim. that's some really bad luck, given the fact the only other DNA of his found in the house was on cigarette in the kitchen, or was it it planted there by Mignini? LOL

the murder weapon was found at that house. it was cleaned with bleach. it had Knox's dna on the handle, victim's blood on the blade.

that's what I call pretty **** relevant to the murder.

do you need to be pro-Knox to stay on here? everytime you see these thing sabout civility it's just a smokescreen for enforcing the approved opinions.

Knox had a lot of concern about this kitchen knife before any tests can back on it, she expressed this to her parents.
raff told police when he was told they were looking at this knife that he had accidently pricked the victim while cooking with her at his house, but the victim had never been to his house or cooked with him. I think that statement alone convicts him.

that Fischer clown on Injustice in Perugia is claiming he is real lenient on his website. I signed on to his website last night, I was polite to everybody on the forum, including him, and I did not even receive a warning. he threatned to ban me and 1 minute later I was banned. there was not any other pro-guilt person on his forum when I was there, and when I was banned, it fell silent b/c there is nobody there to debate with and agreeing with people on a murder case isn't that much fun at a certain point. If you are going to ban somebody at least be honest that you are doing so b/c you don't like the person's opinions. be a man about it. it's your website, you can run it like Stalin but you aren't fooling anybody.

they also claim that I insulted Knox by talking about her sex life. no, I pointed out that I think it is abnormal for a woman of 20 year olds to have 7 sex partners already (and it's probably much higher than that in reality). it points to some psychological issues. It's not like I just called her a slut. I think it makes it more likely she's the killer if there seems to be some things abnormal about her. I think her drug abuse is further proof of that.

You could have fooled me. I guess hijacking isn't a moderated offense.

"hijacking a thread" is the excuse internet authoriatarians always use when they are censoring people for speech. I can't hijack anybody b/c I can't preven them from talking about what they want to talk about, or respond to me. most of the people in there wanted to talk to me, and most of them liked me. he even apologized to people for doing it b/c he knew some of them liked me.

you are an idiot. the boyfriend isn't supporting her alibi, surely you understand this by now. the boyfriend also had nothing supporting him being home all night, he claimed to be on his computer all night but no his computer usage didn't back that up.
Of course Raffaele is supporting her alibi. He in fact has supported her alibi for 5 years. You do understand that...don't you?

Rudy didn't have a cell phone. I have no idea how they meet up with him but since Rudy did have a social life he did find ways to contact people. It is possible they just saw him while heading back to the house and invited him over. they did know rudy, and they all smoked pot, so this isin't some improbable event.
And yes Rudy didn't have a cell phone....so this meeting had to be total chance, so in fact it is some extremely improbable event. Not to mention totally based on wild speculation with no proof. Or have you forgot that you have to prove your case, not just guess at some wild ass possibility like maybe this happened or maybe that happened.

And you do know that other than on the one occasion in Amanda's basement that Amanda never was seen with Rudy and there is no relationship to Raffaele at all.
if we go with your callow logic, nobody ever commits murder, b/c wound't it be more fun to just have sex or do drugs, etc? you argue like murder makes sense.
Murder usually does make sense..in fact almost always..although there are some exceptions. A burglary that turns into a murder makes sense. Two 20 year old kids that met a week before do not get together with someone that one of them has never met and the other only knows in passing and conspire to murder someone. That I agree, does not make sense.

both Knox and her idiot "boyfriend" are abusing drugs so their judgement isn't that good to begin with
Abusing drugs? You mean like every single person that lived in that house, upstairs and downstairs! As you said they all smoked grass, remember? Every single one of them. And since when does grass make you violent? About the only thing in danger after smoking pot would be a bag of Doritos.

and she's clearly got some emotional issues. she didn't like her roommate and her roommate didn't like her.

As for "emotional" issues, could you name the psychiatrist who testified to this fact? So how do you come to this conclusion? More theories pulled out of thin air?

In fact the other roommates and the Giaccomo testified to the opposite. The only people that said that Meredith was having a problem with Amanda were her British friends. If they didn't like each other, why did they go to the Perugian Chocolate festival together and a concert together and had dinner and lunch together on multiple occasions? Why did Meredith draw a fake tattoo on Amanda? Why did they have lunch together on the night Meredith was killed?

I think it was about teaching Meridith a lesson but I think it's silly to speculate about the motive too much. the reality is she has no alibi, not even from her boyfriend as you claim. that's incriminating b/c the dead girl is her roommate. surely you understand this.

More speculative drivel with no evidence to support it. As for the alibi, Raffaele has maintained that Amanda was with him. And given the time of Meredith's death and the neighbor seeing Amanda at Raffaele's flat, it is incredibly unlikely that just a few minutes later she is 10 blocks away with someone she barely knows killing her roommate with him. Sounds like an alibi to me.

You're right about one thing, you have no idea how they hooked up with Rudy. All you can do is speculate an extremely unlikely scenario. You have NO PROOF OF A LINK, NO PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS, NO MOTIVE, NO HISTORY OF VIOLENCE.

I know that I confused Mr. Fischer b/c I'm very anti-Knox but I also poke fun of the PMF and True Justice people too. If I had made fun of him for working at a mall when I was on his website, that would be one thing.

The point of his website is to promote Knox's innocence. if some guy (hero) shows up and starts slicing and dicing Knox and basically exposing all of Fisher's flawed logic in her defense, he's going to put that person out to pasture. I understand that, to a degree, but at least be honest about it.
