Local news now saying they've been in the US since 2000, 2001.

My current dumb theory is the older brother didn't fit in, the younger brother got along ok, but went along with his older brother.

Based on various local news reports, interview with Uncle.

Also friends who went to school with them at Cambridge Rindge and Latin.

IMO, it's more of an excuse to see how people react to a Shelter In Place order.

I also wonder who has the authority to lawfully issue such an order.

Boston Police: Second Bombing Suspect Armed Wearing A Bomb Vest



Police in the Boston suburb of Watertown are combing the streets in an intense manhunt for Suspect No. 2 who wore a white hat at the marathon bombings, warning residents early Friday morning not to open their doors.

CNN reported that the suspect is armed with explosives on his body and is dangerous. Authorities are going door to door, street to street, in a concerted search for what they describe as an extremely fluid and volatile situation, Reuters reported.

I only heard the one phone call with a classmate, no relatives (who would be biased of course anyway). I think we're about to see the end of a very scared 19 yo kid with a bomb. :(
