Evidence that substantiates ANYTHING that happened in the Bible.

Sorry, but this thread is about the Bible, not the Book of Mormon and it's innumerable historical impossibilities.

She's made it pretty clear in another thread that questioning the legitimacy and accuracy of holy texts constitutes a "foolish" question. While there's an urge to attribute her post to a fear of others questioning the fundamentals of her religion, she is, in fact, mocking you for asking questions she considers hell-worthy.

If the New Testament description of Hell being visible from Heaven is accurate, and she's headed to Heaven, she'll be one of the people pointing at the damned chanting "Neener! Neener! I TOLD you so LOOSER!"

Citation needed.

You're probably right, but it don't worry me none.
You see, I more or less mock anyone who believes in a holy text.
Great recipes, on the other hand...

I'm just trying to find out which parts of the bible that Doc cherry picks. All Christians pick and choose from the bible. There are no real Christians.
And your answer is Doc cherry picks whichever bits are convenient at any given time. Yeah, I know you know this, but it bears restating for any lurkers out there.

Ned Flanders: I've done everything the Bible says - even the stuff that contradicts the other stuff!

How much Marmite do you use for this dish?
No marmite. Coarse ground pepper, fresh garlic minced, some white wine and a little chilli powder. Use what is left for a base for sauce. Cooks up a treat.

Are we sufficiently OT yet, now that recipes are involved? Should I post a picture of a kitten? Awww.

Hey, pakeha, one thing. You're amazingly, unfailingly polite and assuredly even better in person.

But ya gotta just lay off the Marmite thing. I understand it's like an Aussie thing, but it's... weird. :boxedin:

:D

Vegemite is the Australian one.

And never the twain shall meet.
