JFK Conspiracy Theories: It Never Ends

Please define "Medical Witness" for me.

Anybody who claims to have seen any wound on JFK. Any description of said wound or wounds is automatically deemed by Robert to be in conflict with the autopsy photos.

Though not asked for, I am going to define "forty" as it is apparently defined by Robert: A number pulled from Robert's back passage, notwithstanding the fact that he cannot come up with an actual list of his claimed "forty medical witnesses".

A person who has some background, or experience in medical issues. Could be a doctor, nurse, medical technician, medical photo technician, x-ray technician, medical student, undertaker, etc.

You're welcome.

Keep in mind that it's quite possible to be an excellent proctologist, or even an ER doctor, and yet not be an expert in ballistics.

But, but, but, they're an EXPERT WITNESS! Anything they say must be taken as gospel! Unless it disagrees with my conclusion, then clearly they're not a valid expert.

OH, it's there. You are late to the party.

A person is an opinon? No. They hold opinions.

As you clearly have trouble understanding how to tell subjective opinion and memory from objective data, let's get back on point:

Robert can you identify a single frame of the Z film with an artefact of alteration?

Probably, but it's not necessary. The z film could be altered with no artifact of alteration. But even if altered, the film still shows the fatal shot from the right front. The Grassy knoll.

No, Robert, it's the fundamental difference between evidence which is subjective by its nature and evidence that is objective by its nature. There is no such thing as objective eyewitness testimony. As such it is always suspect, even if the witness has no malicious intent.

Again, you simply want to throw out evidence that is inherently more reliable than another kind, solely on the basis that the less reliable kind fits your preconception. You imagine how one trumps another, based on some argument of scope. But you deny entirely the inherent attributes of the different kinds of evidence. And what really takes the cake is that your rationale for throwing out more reliable evidence is entirely inferential. You have no actual imputation of its reliability. You just "need" it to be thrown out.

So how many people saw Jack Ruby, live, kill Oswald? Millions. By your logic, they should all be discounted since live witnesses are "unreliable." A foolish, nonsensical argument.

But even if altered, the film still shows the fatal shot from the right front. The Grassy knoll.
Right front?
You have been saying "a shot from the front" for over 200 pages, now its "right front" when you have realised where the grassy knoll actually is.

Lol
Wheres the guy in the leather jacket with the stick, we haven't seen him for a while.

Straw man. Oswald's shooting has an objective record, and the record still exists. How many people may have witnessed it subsequently is immaterial. You can't distinguish that from the indirect hearsay of two people claiming they saw a film, and that dated testimony being the only support for the existence at all of the film.

You couldn't have given me any better proof that you don't understand the difference in value between kinds of evidence.

Fact VS Hype

ROBERT: Hate to break it to ya, but...

- Oswald purchased not one, but two murder weapons

- Oswald attempted to murder General Walker prior to murdering JFK

- Ballistics evidence demonstrated that Oswald's rifle AND pistol fired the bullets which killed JFK and Officer J.D. Tippit

- Oswald was the ONLY employee at the Texas School Book Depository who left Dealey Plaza shortly after the President was murdered

- The Zapruder film provides graphic evidence that a bullet exited the right side of JFK's head

- The autospy reports AND x-rays of the president's head demonstrated beyond ALL doubt that the fatal shot was NOT, I repeat, NOT fired from the grassy knoll

- There is not a shred of hard evidence demonstrating that Oswald had assistance in murdering JFK and/or J.D. Tippit

- There is not a shred of hard evidence demonstrating that the location of ANY of the shots was someplace other than the TSBD

All that will be hand waved and ignored.

I'm not sure if he truly believes the nonsense he writes or is just a brilliant performer playing us all like buffoons, but you are sadly mistaken if you think you are going to have an honest conversation with him.

He has gone way out there on this reset and got caught on it early.

The funny thing is he has no idea as to what happened in Dealy Plaza that day. No story. No other shooter. No anything.

He just tries and poke as many possible holes into what he sees as a lie without exposing anything and he frankly could care less what we think.

Called by many, 'trolling'

Those are not facts, but conclusions -- conclusions unsupported by any facts.

And you don't understand the difference between common sense and nonsense.

While you continue to try and troll your way out of a discussion you lost 100 pages ago using nonsense, or so common sense tells us.

Lol
