Problem with this argument is, if the cheque "bounced", then it wasn't "perfectly good". Also, it's not the court "not honoring" his cheque, it would be the bank it was drawn on saying he has insufficient funds to cover the cheque.


This is pretty basic financial stuff, and I'd guess it has as close to zero chance of working as you could possibly get.
 
Could this be all sorts of win on the Icke forum? Lots of folks claiming that their magic letter freed them of the obligation to pay for their TV Licence.

I sent that letter off about 8 months ago and have not heard a thing since, Prior to that i was getting letters telling me there investigating me and tv man banging on the door trying to come in and see my tv. Not 100% sure if them not contacting me anymore is because of the letter, But it seems that way!

Free TV, well that's certainly worth denouncing the entire system and it's slavery ways. Destroy the system....except for my TV.

I have never seen 'argument by utube' in a court document before.

If they're sovereigns why are they using the courts, isn't the fact that they used the court a de facto acknowledgement that the court has jurisdiction over them thus no sovereignty?

What I find sad about the complaint is that allegations such as these:


who can be heard on the film threatening to arrest Star for interfering when Star demanded to see a warrant and their identifications, and who unlawfully seized and searched Star and Alan’s home,and

which are serious and might very well be true, given how poorly some LEO perform their jobs. But in the same paragraph is :

which forces one to wonder how accurately these folks perceive reality.

This seemingly flew under everyone's radar just over a year ago, which is a shame. It was posted on David Icke's official YT channel, no less ; former singer with chart-topping 1990s boyband sensation East 17 (and he of "eating too many baked potatoes" and running himself over) Brian Harvey has apparently gone FOTL. Here he is in quintessential FOTL form, filming all and sundry and spouting quasi-pseudo-sorta legal blibbuh blabbuh.

Unrelated but funny story about Brian Harvey, friend of mine on holiday saw him in a poolside jacuzzi with some girls and he saw her looking, he said "do you know who I am", she said "No, but you look a bit like that dick out of East 17" :D

Indeed.
I cannot determine which position makes one more out of touch with reality: believing that there are magic words that make judges burst into tears or believing that if a bailiff is blocking a doorway, the best approach is to try to push past him.
 
This nonsense is in a way a result of the human belief in 'magic'. That words and actions will cause reality to work in a way in support of you and be unstoppable by your foes!
