Are the crucifixion nails of Jesus in Europe?

20120920.1005

@Rincewind, #587

That is what Isaiah said in 7:14, “Therefore, the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.” What does Immanuel mean? “God is with us.” And if you will believe it, Jesus Christ is God Himself who assumed the physical body of a mortal like us. Wasn’t Mary a virgin when she conceived Jesus? Luke 1:27 says, “To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary.” Wasn’t it a son that Mary bore?

What does Isaiah 8:8 mean when it said, “O Immanuel”?

When Joseph found out that Mary was pregnant, he would like to put her away. Matthew 1:19-21 says:
19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily.
20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife; for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.
21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

This is the reason why I believe that Jesus Christ is God. This is the reason why I believe that Jesus came back as a spirit who we (plural) call Ama and who said that a crucifixion nail was thrown into the sea by the Pharisees which floated and ended up in Paris, France, that Saint James (Santiago [de Compostela?]) found.

Why are you citing the Bible anyway? We've already seen many instances where what Ka Apaz has said contradicts the Bible, and you have gone along with Ka Apaz every time.

Yet another oddity. Santiago de Compostela is pretty far away from Paris, don't you think? James, son of Zebedee is the patron saint of Spain, and has never had anything to do with Paris, France.

Maybe the story of James is relevant to how the nails came to Paris though:

So maybe the nails didn't swim, but rather sailed in a self-guiding boat. Just like the cases of Dom pakeha keeps throwing in the sea. :)

Finally someone caught the allusion to how st James arrived to his final resting place!
No swanning about the City of Lights for that boy.

Trust me, your case of Dom is on its way to you.

On another note, Spain has a full share of saints associated with the sea.
Perhaps my favourite is st Andres de Teixido:
The legend says that San Andrés, one of the nine Apostles, arrived by boat to the nearby cliffs where his boat overturned. This boat turned into an isle which is known as Barca de San Andrés. God helped the drowning saint and in return was promised a shrine and a pilgrimage which all mortals, dead or alive, would attend.

... Because his shrine was less popular than Saint James's, the saint was very sad. Jesus comforted him and said: "Do not worry, Andrés, for those who do not visit you in life will surely visit you in death"[1]. And it is still said in Galicia "Anyone who does not visit San Andrés de Teixido when he is alive must visit after he is dead"[2]. It is thought that the people who did not visit the sanctuary in life will have to do it after life, taking the form of serpents and lizards: because of this, the pilgrims who travel to the hermit take care not to step on those animals. San Andrés de Teixido is located near Cape Ortegal, which according Tacitus[citation needed] was the place where "heavens, seas and earth end": it was the End of the World[3].

Galicia.
Wonderful place.

But back to the OP.
Jesting aside, it has to be clear that the accounts of the Pasiong and the medium are a mix of legends and pius invention.
It's also clear PC is committed to the medium's pronouncements.
PC, what would convince you the medium is false?

Here in southern California, he's held responsible for all earthquakes. Have a little quake, and the people will say: "That's San Andreas' fault."

The power of sainthood at work before your very eyes!
A case of Dom will be cast into the sea as soon as I figure out the mojo for the Panama Canal thingie.

Looks like JC didn't teach him the walk on water trick. Shame, I know I'd be impressed if some one walked up to me on the beach from the sea side.

Luke is not a reliable source. He made up a census that never happened in order to retrofit Christ's birth to Old Testament prophecies.
The census took place, but Luke's understanding of its chronology is somewhat askew. He uses it to get Mary and Joseph to Bethlehem which he has to do because the Messiah was prophesied to be going to be born there. Matthew uses a different method of getting them there - they live there!

Mark knows nothing about it, and John rejects the Bethlehem virgin story, it would seem. Paul doesn't know anything either, and Jesus' statements themselves contain no such detail. "I was born to a virgin mother in Bethlehem. I am the Messiah, and also I am God, by the way." Nothing of that kind at all!

How would you know that Joseph and Mary lived in Bethlehem? You have to read Luke also. Joseph and Mary was forced to travel to Bethlehem because they went from Nazareth in Galilee where they lived to Bethlehem in Judea to be taxed. Luke did not talk about the Three Kings, not either Mark or John. The Three Kings were mentioned only in Matthew. Why?

You know, in our case, some people have notes and/or tapes because they were present during the early days. I came in 1983. I may not have their notes and/or tapes. So what I did was interviewed the late Marcial Aguila to know more of what transpired earlier. That is a source of what I know about Pontius Pilate when he died and was buried and the number of nails used in crucifying Jesus on the cross.

Santiago de Compostela is nearer to Paris than Jerusalem. And Paris is along the way from Jerusalem to Santiago de Compostela. That may be why Saint James found the nail in Paris that floated from the Mediterranean Sea in Israel. I do not know. I am just speculating.

Saint James pioneering missionary work in the Iberian peninsula may have given rise to the Kingdom of the Visigoth. Remember the era Cons or Spanish era? The era from about the time of Jesus’ birth until about 1400 AD.

You are still confused, pakeha. Ka Apaz who you call as the medium is different from the spirit of Ama who talks to us (plural) through the physical body of Ka Apaz. Remember the difference between “sanib” or “sapi”, and “lakip”?

Not because the 2012 Olympic Games in London prophecy failed, I will totally abandon the teachings of Ama? I say pick out what is good for your soul and discard or ignore that you think is evil.

Because the evangelists made different stuff up?

You interviewed someone that actually was present at the crucifixion and later? That's impressive.

Paris isn't along the way at all from Jerusalem to Santiago de Compostela. You're not speculating, you're making it up and you're wrong, as usual.

Santiago (St. James) is the patron saint of Spain, but he never was in the Iberian Peninsula, it's just a legend, like the floating nails.

You are still confused, pakeha.
Pakeha is confused? Are you serious, Aristeo? That is quite possibly one of the most outrageously, insufferably rude things I have ever seen you post. Please apologize immediately.

Not because the 2012 Olympic Games in London prophecy failed, I will totally abandon the teachings of Ama? I say pick out what is good for your soul and discard or ignore that you think is evil.

Aristeo, "Ama" has been shown to be a false prophet. In My opinion, by not rejecting and denouncing Ama and Ka Apaz, you have broken your word regarding rejecting false prophets.

And every time you post another piece of nonsensical "history" or "prophesy" from your imaginary friend, you embrace that falsehood. In My opinion, you have chosen to hang onto something which is execrably bad for your mind and for your life, and calling it "good for your soul" does not make it any less horrible.

One can refrain from doing evil, but evil is something that should never be ignored. I will not be ignoring you, Aristeo. I will continue to post and rebut your arguments.

First of all, a round of Dom for all!

... Luke did not talk about the Three Kings, not either Mark or John. The Three Kings were mentioned only in Matthew. Why?

Are you quite sure the bible mentions three kings, PC?
Could you cite the chapter and verse for that, please?

... And Paris is along the way from Jerusalem to Santiago de Compostela. That may be why Saint James found the nail in Paris that floated from the Mediterranean Sea in Israel. I do not know. I am just speculating.

I suggest you consult a map, PC.
And I hope that the incongruities in the medium's messages starts to make you reflect on the falseness of the woman's act.

...Saint James pioneering missionary work in the Iberian peninsula may have given rise to the Kingdom of the Visigoth. Remember the era Cons or Spanish era? The era from about the time of Jesus’ birth until about 1400 AD.

Unlikely.
St James' corpse traveled to Spain after his death, remember?

You yourself called Ka Apaz a medium when you accepted the million dollar challenge, PC.
Remember? Back in 2007?

From what I can see, “sanib”, “sapi”, and “lakip” are simply terms for various tricks a medium pulls on a gullible public.
I think pulling one over a gullible public is wrong, don't you?
Remember the foolish story of Angelina Imden, the heiress of the nonexistent Helene Curtis fortune? That graverobbing giantess with 60+ corpses in her home?

Pakeha you have to stop playing with the fool.
His wacky stories have grown somewhat every time you show him his rear end

Looks like JC didn't teach him the walk on water trick. Shame, I know I'd be impressed if some one walked up to me on the beach from the sea side.

Well, Jesus tried to teach him to walk on water, but could no longer demonstrate it himself:

"Damn nail holes."

How about some friendly wagers? A case of Dom, perhaps?

Why does the Holy Spirit tell you Evil things?

A) "Even the devil says good things sometimes" (implying that means his god says evil things sometimes, which doesn't follow logically) -- odds 3-2
B) Quoting the question and then repeating an old assertion that has nothing to do with it as an "answer" -- odds 5-4
C) Completely ignoring the question -- odds 1-5
D) There are now fifteen nails -- odds 5-1
E) Coherent, logical answer -- odds 1000000-1
