Average and dumb people are willing to accept anything if it comes from someone who they consider smarter than them. Like "hmm... he must be right, he's bill gates, he knows better, he's a genius and plus, the world needs population control".
I also agree that population control must be looked into. But with honesty and education. Never covertly and/or forcefully, no matter how unneducated the target population is. You see that the level of education of a country and it's population problems are indirectly proportional.
The education is key here, because it is probably due to the lack of education of the poorest populations which turns to be the ones who needs to embrace birth control the most, that these tycoons might think that the only solution is pushing it no matter how, covertly or not, because they are too stupid as to solve this problem by themselves. It's a win win scenario for the "sperminators".
There are other solutions for that. Such as ending poverty and illiteracy around the third world which could be done pretty quickly by simply ending the slavering central banking system that runs the world, and the capacity of a government to indept itself by simply creating currency. That's another whole debate that can be open, but anyways, this Bill & Mellinda vaccination stuff stinks to tyranny and machiavelism.
