Ohh, I am very close to getting it. I just need to see some other right-wingers acknowledge that the challenge is a parody and not a serious response. Do you happen to have any websites that support your assertion that transcript requests were parody?


I do however understand that the "Word is out that Harry Reid pimps ho's" is a parody. I guess, like other posters in this thread didn't understand the parody nature because "The word is out" did not appear in your post.



ETA: The website linked in the OP has three times as many right-wing posters who did not recognize the parody nature as posters at JREF who did not recognize the alleged parody nature.

I have to ask again, are you sure it was parody?


ETA: I see that Donald Trump also didn't recognize it as parody. So... Wait, I shouldn't have pointed that out.

There is nothing to 'hide', Robert Prey. His college transcripts are largely irrelevant.

But say he does this thing and releases his college transcripts, will you let this go or try some other angle of attack in your 'crusade'?

I know the feeling. I was reading the comments page on some right wing boards and they believe it to be as real as we believed it to be. I too, kept, thinking WTF? WTF? WTF?

Robert Prey is a bit difficult to communicate with, so I'll ask you. Why was "the word is" left out of this lengthy parody piece?

So the man never heard of Obama but he still knows that he got bad grades, never attended class, smoked pot all day, was a foreign student and payed millions of dollars to cover it all up. For so reason this doesn't make much sense, but I can't put my finger on why.

I never once went to my FORTRAN class and I aced it.

I just had a friend who would drop the day's assignments into my mailbox and I'd write the code on a coding pad, go punch the cards, debug it, and drop it into the instructor's box.

I finally met the instructor at the final exams.

Class attendance is absolutely not mandatory if you can command the material and fulfill all the class requirements.

Depends on the instructor.

I had professors in college who took attendance, and weighted that attendance so it would impact your final grade.

Those bastards usually taught 8 am classes, too. :mad:

True. I had a professor to gave a quiz every day on the homework. Miss too many, and you flunk.

I showed up for the 1st class for a course in Fourier Analysis. I found out there was 1 mid term exam and a final. The day before the mid term I photocopied a classmate's notes and read them that evening. Then I whowed up and took the mid term exam.

I next showed up the day of the last class, to again get a copy of the notes for the 2nd half. I then showed up to take the final.

Including time at the photocopier, reading those notes, 2 classes attended, and 2 exams taken, I spent 8.5 hours on that course.


And this Obama school stuff is just wacky.

Tell that to my accounting professor, who gave me a C- for a course in which I got an A on the final exam and even completed the "honors" question.

Of course, I appealed to the faculty and got it upgraded to a B.
