Vaccine/autism CT discussion

Remember when we enlisted in the military and they gave us all those vaccinations in the same day? Remember all those guys who just dropped dead right there in the clinic or lived for maybe a week before expiring?
;)

I remember that from '85. I got light headed, almost fainted, and my left arm turned black and blue from shoulder to wrist. But that's because they tore a vein when taking blood a minute or so before.

I'm sure if you mentioned then, the 60's, that you intended to give 7, 8, 9 or more vaccinations to a baby you would have had your ass in a sling.

Here's some real information for you. I don't know about you, but I'd rather see kids free of these diseases. Why do you want children to suffer?

''The resulting recommended vaccination list included vaccines for seven diseases in the 1970s:

Tetanus
Diphtheria
Pertussis (whooping cough)
Polio
Measles
Mumps
Rubella''

Good way to take that completely out of context. The entire blog deals with his disgust at how another MD misrepresents the science of vaccines and how he is ashamed that someone that ignorant is a doctor.

Can there possibly be a more clear example of quote-mining when one cannot address the substance of something that might just show how much of a fool cm has been on this topic?

Tell us, cm: is that *really* all you took away from that article?

The number of the vaccines in the schedule for babies is absolutely insane.

**Children 6 months or older should receive flu vaccination every flu season. If this is the first time for flu vaccine, a child 6 months through 8 years of age should receive two doses, separated by at least 4 weeks

The above is just plain nuts.

It's an often stated view that flu shots are useless as the flu of a "season" is rarely predictable.

What's the point of a vaccine that has to be repeated over and over?

Seems to me a vaccine doesn't work if a baby gets it

Your completely uninformed and dangerous opinion has been noted and given all of the rational consideration it deserves.

Now, how about addressing the substance of the articles from which you are running, and the questions you simply stamp your feet and refuse to address?

Mr Moore

Please supply the details of the cinical trials you have carried out, including full break downs of your control groups and the results you obtained thereof.

Clayton, do you want to see kids with polio? I saw a lot when I was young.

Yup, it's funny how all those hospital wards full of Iron Lungs and kids clamped in metal scaffolding for years seem to have gone away.

I suppose that Clayton wants to go back to the good old days. Smallpox was a barrel of laughs too.
