Irrelevant to your claim. I've asked you twice now to address the specific points I raised regarding Mee's qualifications. You clearly cannot, therefore I continue to reject Mee as an expert in photographic analysis until such time as you can stop obsessing over HSCA and start dealing with the points I actually raise.

Is this the same Dr Crenshaw featured in this article from the New York Times?

Dr. Crenshaw, now a surgeon in Fort Worth, Tex., admitted in an interview that the role he played in Kennedy's case was minor. He and another resident made a small incision in a vein in Kennedy's right leg to insert a tube to pour fluids and blood through the circulatory system.

Dr. Crenshaw said that he relied on his co-authors, Jens Hansen and J. Gary Shaw, who are long-time conspiracy theorists, for the facts of the assassination and that they took "poetic license" in describing his role in the attempt to save Kennedy's life.

Ironically Robert believes Crenshaw is wrong about his minor role and the creative license of his ghost writers.

Its the same Crenshaw who "remembered" adverts that didnt feature in that days paper.

By the way Robert, you seem not to know the difference between your interpretation ofcherry picked statements being wrong and your witnesses being liars. In your world can people not be mistaken, misrepresented or have their testemony misunderstood?

Having failed to change the subject, you are now putting words in my mouth. You are desperate to have the discussion you've already planned out, rather than the one at hand.

You presented Brian Mee's qualifications. I gave you a detailed breakdown of those qualifications and you are utterly unable to respond. Not even to a single point. I named Jim Hoerricks an an expert whose qualifications you could use as a control to contrast against Mee. You've fallen back to the last desperate bastion of JFK conspiracy theorists, that of blindly accusing others irrelevantly of fraud, and of accusing your critics of insincerity.

I will not indulge your irrelevant obsession. Nor will be baited into a meta-discussion of its purported relevance. When you have provided direct, material responses to the issues I raised in this post, then I will give you my attention. Put up or shut up.

Non-Sequitor. YOU and you alone made the claim that White and his finding were peer reviewed well.

Nobody else in this thread is making a claim that the HSCA is comparable to peer review, performed a peer review, or are in any way relevent to your claim.

In which journal of photo analysis can we find the favourable peer review of White?

The same Dr. Crenshaw and the same AMA that got sued by Crenshaw for its lies and forced into a settlement. Crenshaw never clamed to have a major role -- that was puffery placed on the cover of his book by the publisher.

What is there to retract?

Why don't you tell us Robert. Was he misrepresented by co-writers or did he claim to "remember" an advert in a newspaper that never existed?

Did he play a central role, or did he agree his book to be published with false claims on the cover?

Why not go back a few dozen pages and check what your contradictory answers were last time? LMAO

Why does the text of the book describe him fulfilling key roles in the hospital if he is notmaking a defacto claim?

Want to show the post where i called your list 40 liars yet?

How about naming sources for this settlement? Sources that prove there would have been substance to a court case and it wasnt a convenience settlement of course.

Where is the peer review of White? Named a journal yet?

Why? Jay didn't claim the HSCA peer reviewed White. So why apply a standard for a suggestion he didn't make


How about you stop trying to nonsensical comparrisons and either prove or retract the claim white recieved possitive peer reviews. All it takes is a single issue of a photo analysis journal. Do you have it or not?

Why? I've made no claims regarding the HSCA. You have made claims regarding Jack White, Brian Mee, and others. I'm asking you to substantiate those claims and you're patently unable to. You're trying instead to bait me into a different debate that you think you can win, not the debate I'm actually having.

The problem that others can see, but you can't, Robert, is that you're stuck in the typical JFK trench of doing nothing more than lashing out against the Warren Commission, the HSCA, or whoever else, for what you imagine to be their fraudulent activity. And since that's all you have, you need to try to rewrite everyone else's arguments to fit that mold, regardless of what they actually say. My answer to Mee is unaffected by whether anyone else is an expert or not. And you are demonstrable unable to deal with that.

I'm not going to be pigeon-holed into your predetermined debate. I've told you what you must do. Now do it. All you've done since I dismantled Mee is play silly games trying to change the burden of proof.

Another TomTom remark that is factually incorrect. In other words a lie. Find the post where I ever claimed his WC statement included the words "blow out" or emit an apology and a retraction.
