Scientology abandoned by Hubbard's granddaughter & Miscavige's father

So the answer is that there is no scientific studies backing any of the claims in Dianetics? Shocker.

Of course, e-meters are worthless pieces of junk. It is part of the scam. How much does the "church" charge for them? Thousands I am sure. They don't do anything. The only reason you fools think they do is because you want and expect them to. If you could actually prove that they work the way that you claim they do, you could probably win the million dollar challenge. But you don't want a million dollars, right? Is that going to be your excuse?

Around a thousand dollars on eBay. So the ''church'' charges more. A lot of money for a useless piece of junk. There are quantum emeters too nowadays. Perhaps Justinian can tell us how they work. The first result on this page

http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=e-meter&_sop=3

is an emeter signed by Ron the Con himself. A snip at 25 thousand dollars. 29 offers for it, all expired. No comments about it either. I guess there is nobody in the world insane enough to buy it.

I had a friend that tested the Emeter at grad school. He said it didn't work. He got it wrong. He just didn't know how to use it. All auditors have gotten fantastic results with it. With us it's as real as 2 + 2 = 4. I don't care how many degrees a person has, I'm not going to believe that 2 + 2 = 5. It's that simple and obvious to me. It's so obvious that it's boring to argue. The emeter works - but it isn't a lie detector.

If it's so simple and obvious, then explain what it does in a simple and obvious way.

Go into the church and get a pinch test.

It's free.

I'm familiar with the pinch test and it is explainable in non-Scientology terms. It's similar to the tests used in the Power Band commercials.

What do you think is happening during the pinch test?

Could you explain just what those problems are, please?

According to his record, LRH was never wounded.
How can healing a non-existent wound be plausible?

Once again:

1) The cost.
2) The regging (high pressure sales)
3) The Sec Checks (not auditing - just stealing your money for no gain)

The Sec Checks in the Church of Miscavige produce no gain. They aren't even supposed to produce gain. The church regges you for a few thousand for auditing and then uses your money to give you a session that is designed to make you feel ill.

The Freezone doesn't give Sec Checks, sells and delivers sessions at 1/10 th to 1/5th the price, does not reg (high pressure sales).

The church under Hubbard was different. At Hubbard's church a female auditor pulled my withholds so hard for so long that after a couple of hours of session she saw a meter read and said "What's that?" I had to tell her it was my erection. She asked "What's that again" and I replied "I love you". That was the end of the session. My mind was in a happy place and my face was flushed.

Once again. You did not answer the question. ''According to his record, LRH was never wounded.
How can healing a non-existent wound be plausible? '' Give yourself a jolt from your emeter to see if that will give you enough courage to answer it.

What do you expect? $cientology is based on a lie.

What do you expect Dafydd? Scientology is based on a lie, so of course it would be based on a lie, so you would expect it to be based on a lie, so of course it is based on a lie. What do you expect if it's based on a lie? Of course it's based on a lie.

Is it possible for someone who is suspicious of the validity of your religion to skeptically try the programs out and have them function without being labeled an SP for trying to specifically seek out lies and falsifiable claims? You make it sound like only flawed people think it is a scam, and only those who are open (as in those with faith) see the benefits.

Of course. Ron the Con was never wounded and never used Diantetics to heal himself. We've wandered a long way from the topic of thread, which is about people who have regained their sanity leaving the cult.

The fact that somebody considers $cientology a scam is proof that they are not flawed and in full possession of all their faculties, hence not connable.

How did a young preclear like Miscavige manage to fool all the OT superhumans in the "church" and become its dictator? Shouldn't they have known that he was a bad guy?

LOL.

In reality, it seems to me that Miscavige figured out the real purpose of Scientology - scamming people. And because Scientologists are all a bunch of brainwashed fools, he was able to maneuver himself into a position where he could take it over. Because he is a meglomaniac lunatic like LRon, and because he has no education, he is running the "church" into the ground though.

If anybody needs a chuckle

http://www.freezonescientology.com/

''iCans exists to promote the broad use of distance training and auditing, metered or unmetered, using the telephone or preferably Skype and a webcam too, in the Indie or FZ community.''

You can't make this stuff up. Oh, wait a minute......

This forum is a scream.

''My name is John Nunez. I have been out of the church for about 3 years. I was on staff
for 13 years and was Snr C/S Sacramento for 8 years up until 2005 when I left
staff after completing my last contract. I ran into injustice in doing so (they
tried to keep me on staff), and the upshot of it was an SP declare.

I now work in real estate plus I also audit and C/S. I have done the Saint Hill
Special Briefing Course both before and after the Golden Age of Tech. I have read
every LRH book, bulletin and listened to over 600 lectures, many of them more than once.
This gave me a solid understanding and affinity for LRH and what his actual intentions are.

I am trained to deliver (both auditing and C/Sing) every action on the Bridge
that can be delivered including NOTs. Some of my favorite actions to
deliver are Expanded Grades, FPRD, NED and Expanded Dianetics. I am not yet trained to
deliver the L rundowns so do not offer this service.

I also have done training for cramming officer, course supe, w/cer, data series
evaluator and as an org executive. I have done almost the entire OEC courses
including OEC Vols 0, 3, 4, 5 and 7. I also studied the entire Management Series
on my own time. One of my most favorite courses was the Data Series Evaluator's
Course.

I am also a Key to Life and Life Orientation Course graduate and am trained to
deliver these courses as well.

I did my tech training at Flag both before and after the "Golden Age of Tech"
and received video passes from Snr C/S FSO and RTC on my TRs, metering, and
session procedure. I was the first Golden Age of Tech C/S on the planet (that
and 3 dollars will get me a coffee at Starbucks.)

I am an adherent of LRH tech, not Miscavige tech, and your case will be in good hands.

That pretty much covers it. I am always happy to help people move up the Bridge
and have some schedule openings if anyone is interested. I also am available as
a C/S.''

Maybe I will. As a goodwill gesture first, could you direct me to the scientific journals in which the papers which test the claims made in Dianetics are published, please?

And answer came there none. That's probably part of the Expanded Grades, FPRD, NED and Expanded Dianetics Not Answering Awkward Questions And Advanced Key To Life Course.

Not likely. I gave someone an introductory session and asked a list of questions on the Emeter designed to find out why he was there. After the list the session would have begun. The intro session usually began after the list. I asked one question and the Emeter needle gave a large fall. I asked "What's that?" I had to move the knob a considerable distance to get the needle back on the dial. He said "Nothing". He never revealed what made the needle move so vigorously. I told him he should go to the examiner and ask for another auditor because I wasn't allowed to audit him over a withhold. He went to the examiner and said "I'm satisfied and had a floating needle." Then he hastily departed. I wrote the session up and sent it to the right places.
