Vaccine/autism CT discussion

Clayton, it's not healthy to get all your information from conspiracy nutjob sites and YouTube. Do you have any actual sources to back up these wild claims?

Wow. A film that "mentions" killings...

If only it "proved" something with viable and verifiable evidence.

According to Joyce, "there are 6 to 8 million children on these drugs."

"The question is why are we handing these drugs out like candy," she wants to know.

"The answer is a $17 billion a year business," she says.

In Washington state, on April 15, 2001, 16-year-old Cory Baadsgaard took a hunting rifle to school and held a teacher and 23 classmates hostage for 45 minutes.

One of his friends who watched Corey at school that day described his actions to his father, Jay. "Cory was yelling" he said, "and then he just stopped, looked down and saw the gun in his hand and woke up."

Oh yeah, Gary Null, whose credentials, including his "Ph.D." are next to nil.

Another shining example of a person who's made a living selling to the gullible.

It would not make much of a difference if his products were safe even if uneffective as far as the claims he makes for them, but his own product was seen to cause kidney damage. Did Null not have anyone checking on the quality control of the company he had producing it? If there was 1000 times as much vitamin D as he had called for in it then how did the company make such a drastic mistake? Was it their fault or did Null's organization erroneously ask for that amount?

At the very least, I see no reason to believe this charlatan more than I believe say Glaxo-Smith Kline, and at worst I see a man who is dangerous to the health of the people he speaks to

Perhaps Clayton didn't understand "valid and verifiable" evidence. An awful lot of news articles are hardly a substitute for a single study or peer review article. Where is the remotest hint of a incident rate to be concerned about? Some people react baddly to a treatment of some description? Shocker! Just the same as any medicine ever.

Same old same old of the "I don't understand it, I can't be bothered to find out, it must be bad" kind of argument.

Film mentions HPV killings of young girls at 1 hour 27 minutes.

ok a video mentions this, and you, being a person extremely interested in such things, has some information about the original source reports of death so quickly caused by the HPV vaccine?
I assume you mean the vaccine was the cause of death.

btw, given that you were the one to point out my spelling mistakes, I feel justified in pointing out that your phrasing above has the deceased succumbing to an HPV infection rather than a vaccine.. In fact supposedl more than one victim fell dead from HPV infection faster than one would from ebola

I *think* he meant to say that at timemark 1:27:00, the film mentions these deaths.

Of course, this being cm, he could have meant that at an hour and a half, these girls became walking time bombs 94.4% of the time, or that it was nano-vaccines that caused the problem.

In any case, it's a clear cut example of the moderators out to get him, and anyone else opposing Big Anthrax...

Because they are all Jooos.

This is somehow attributed to ALEC? You will be demonstrating that link soon right?

You would doubt the word of a Navy Walrus who helped make a movie no one has ever seen?

Hah!
Like I said, his phrasing was not so great.

There are so few NWs they must be reliable.

btw doesn't one of CMs heros, Gary Null, believe that HIV does cause AIDS? There must be another drawback then to HIV contaminated drugs otherwise CM wouldn't have mentioned it.

Alec exposed? Anybody else open this thread assuming it would have a long lens shot of Obi-Wan in an open dressing gown?

It's 2012 and doctors still haven't cured the common cold. CONSPIRACY!
It's 2012 and we still don't have cold fusion? CONSPIRACY!
It's 2012 and we still have not cured male pattern baldness? CONSPIRACY!

Sorry but the "scientists should know x by now" argument is always a lame duck.

It's a close cousin to, "If we can put a man on the moon, why can't we ....?
