Nope, I just think it's the ultimate irony that we've now reached the point where he was a child molester when he was 8 years old. I think it only appropriate that we take it up a notch to the only thing that might be worse that a child molester, a Nazi running a concentration camp.

I seriously doubt it will be admissable as evidence of guilt in a murder trial. If she keeps this up, she can even force a change of venue.

According tot he witness, he was still pulling his shenanigans in 2005, when he attempted rape on her.

That isn't a child. He was an adult - years older than Martin when he snuffed out the teenager's life.

Crump also used to say racism was relevant, until it became apparent they were not going to be able to paint GZ as a racist.

She said the last incident occurred when she was 16...

...The woman said that in 2005, when she was 20, she told her sister that "something happened," but didn't provide details.

A rebuttal witness has to rebut something relevant to the crime.

There is zero probative value, and 100% inflammatory value, with absolutely no causal link between incestuous molestation, and murder later in life.

This has been explained many times before. Just like all the other facts that are being ignored in the throes of the woo that is Nancygracianity.

You forgot to explain why Martin was never arrested or even disciplined after being caught with evidence of a felony.

Because there was only circumstantial evidence, not proof.

Or why no one ever claimed their stolen wedding bands.

You followed up and found out no one claimed them ? Why does jewelry go unreported and unclaimed across the entire country ?

What house did Martin break into? Who were his accomplices? When did these break-ins take place?

Don't know. Unlike the judge, I am not making a claim that I know what happened.

Since this issue has been on the table much longer, I think it's fair you answer my questions first.

It's a different issue. You touched on earlier. It's more than just just interprating based on evidence in GZ possessions. It's about intent. Judge Lester decided he could reasonably determine GZ intent, and even knows why he changed his intentions.I don't find GZ claiming he would have fled but for the monitoring to be something Lester could reasnably determine from the evidence. He might have fled, yes. He would have fled, no.

Speaking of people wanting the throw up, the media is being true to form. Here is how they are reporting the molesting all over:

Now wouldn't you think they might want to add some context to that, like, oh I don't know, maybe mention that means GZ was molesting her at 8.
