Please hilite the part where someone said Zimmerman was getting his mail, as you claimed. Remember when you said "Didn't you hear, Zimmerman was just picking up his mail"?
<crickets>

Dan O.? Is it OK to lie for The TruthTM?

Wasn't it you that said you could hear the wind in the phone for 15 seconds after the operator told George he didn't need him to follow the suspect? I know George isn't very bright but does it really take 15 second for him to process that statement?

No, but it may well take 15 seconds for him to decide to stop.

Your claim was this:
George's recorded call gives us a lot of information about where where George was that is inconsistent with George stopping at the dispatchers request

You have provided no information so far. The fact that you believe echoes may allow us to pinpoint GZ location during the call  notwithstanding.

That witness also noted Z did not appear hurt at all.
Cutcher? The same woman who says she "knew the screams were the little boy" even though then only place she could have gotten that info was the newspapers. The same woman police have indicated changed her story.

No - if your facts are wrong, it doesn't help.
TM didn't live, even temporarily, in that area. That was Tracy Martins girlfriends house.

Chad wasn't TM step-brother.
He did live there, temporarily, and he was bonded with that family.

The 14 year old Chad, who was the one who asked for the Skittles, and TM was buying them for, was his soon to be step-brother.

It's absurd to say that wasn't his "loved ones."

In This audio, I count at most 3 seconds before the car door opens and you hear the chime. But as I've said before, that audio has been compressed. Maybe they compressed the time line too.

Of course, George could have just decided to get out of his truck and check his mail while he was stopped there and the suspect was gone. But why speculate on what George was dooing? Why doesn't someone just ask: George, are you following him?"

Yeah, why doesn't GZ say "Okay" and stop following TM?

Why doesn't someone ask GZ what TM is doing?

Why doesn't someone ask GZ to let them know what TM is doing?

No, that was not Cutcher. That is another, unnamed witness.

Actually, it is absurd to say Brandy's house was home to TM's "loved ones". He was there for the weekend because he was suspended from school. Tracey and Brandy weren't home, and only Obama and Holder know where they were that night, and for how long, because it is one of the nation's most carefully guarded secrets.

I hope you are not going to claim TM didn't go back to Brandy's house for safety because he was afraid the evil monster Zimmerman was going to get Chad.

Brandy did say TM was on the porch, you know. Maybe he did go there after all.

Evidence that he was bonded with the family ?

http://edition.cnn.com/2012/03/30/us/trayvon-martin-profile/index.html
During the 10-day suspension, Tracy Martin took his son with him to Sanford, about four hours away from Miami, while he visited his fiancée because neither he nor Fulton wanted their son to stay in his hometown where he could enjoy his friends, said Horton, who has been in close contact with Martin's father.

The 14 year old Chad, who was the one who asked for the Skittles, and TM was buying them for, was his soon to be step-brother.

Soon to be ? Evidence ?

Alicia Stanley, whom Martin married in 2005, said it was always apparent to her that Martin and Trayvon "were the best of friends."

"He is a very good father," Stanley told the Sentinel. She said she and Martin split up just weeks before Trayvon's death.

Wow. Tracy Martin moves fast.

What a bizarre post.

Brandy and Tracy were out to dinner.

Inserting Obama in all that...

This is an account told to CNN more than a month after the incident.
And?

She/he is a witness on record with the police. You'll be hearing more from that witness when discovery comes out. Count on it.

She/he actually saw the shot, and also noted it was all on the grassy area.

The shot came from the grassy knoll ? ;)

Uh huh... that's terrific. This was your statement to which I was responding:

Does your understanding of "innocent until proven guilty" mean we have to automatically believe everything the defendant says? Or is there another reason you think anyone here need refute Zimmerman?

I don't understand. If the evidence backs up what the defendant says, then other evidence needs to be presented to refute it. If it's not, then the defendant is innocent because he hasn't been PROVEN guilty.

I predict that she/he does not tell that story in court, or if she/he does tell that story, it is immediately shown to be false by the defense.
