Great news Rob, CBS has run another story on Sovereign Citizens, it looks like your plan is paying off and you will soon be on the cover of every newspaper in Canada.
They mention Jerry Kane and him running around trying to sell a scheme about accessing a bond, maybe its the same one you told us about.
Anyway it didn't turn out well for Jerry as you well know, I hope they don't try and link you to the violent side of the sovereign movement Rob, that would be disastrous for the cause wouldn't it?

PS nice work on the new project, I notice the slides didn't say $125 a month although the commentary clearly said that, nice touch, I don't think anyone else noticed.

For anyone who is understandably unwilling to sit through 29 minutes and 41 seconds of a menardian video, I'll summarise what Rob says here:-

"You don't need money. Money is unnecessary. You don't need money. Send me Money."

It's based on another "misunderstanding", this time of what a promissory note is. In short, it's another Rob Menard World beater of nonsense.

I suspect you already knew that.

I have a feeling Menard's earlier question about businesses having the option to not comply with statute law is to do with this. He mentions in the video that a business refusing these "consumer notes" will in effect be opting out of the BoE Act.

Yup. However, it's possible, just barely possible, that Menard has misinterpreted the BoE Act. (Shocking, I know).

If he actually follows through with this one, I think he can expect a good chance of a criminal investigation.

It will come as absolutely no surprise to you, I'm sure, that these are grandiose plans with the terms dictated absolutely by one man - Menard - and the unidirectional transfer of cash is involved. (Hint: the cash flow direction is not away from Menard).

So at what point in that 30 minute long video do we see someone actually paying for anything using a "consumer purchase"?

If it's not a scam, don't ask people to send you $125 a month. Just go use the technique yourself.

Scam, you might be a tiny bit more believable if you weren't asking for real money in place of fake money. Where did you come up with 2,500? Why limit it?

Yes those evil bankers do tend to get upset when someone starts putting out fake money instruments

So I take it you did not read the Act at all. Just jumped right to judgment and derision, an now you actually feel proud, right? LMAO!:rolleyes:
 
I'm going out to dinner with Mrs. D'rok right now. Maybe I'll sign the bill "consumer purchase" and see if the government pays for my steak.

Should work, right Menard?
 
Here is how you test it Menard. Make some consumable, say a food item, sell it to a friend and get from them ones of dem thar consumer notes - then send it to the Bank - of Canada - let us know how that works......
