Not to go too much off topic, but the 'gun' is likely a reflection in the hair of the passenger plus the 'gun' and the driver's arm form an unnatural looking combination when examined more closely. Instead, check the driver's left hand in which he holds a remote trigger that he pushes the button on at the moment of the head shot.
 
Ignoring the troll for a while, the birthers have been hit with yet another kick in the nuts, courtesy of an Arizona judge.

I've highlighted the important bit, which, to my knowledge, is the first time a judge has ever gone this far to demolish the birthers' pet theories:
Most importantly, Arizona courts are bound by United States Supreme Court precedent inconstruing the United States Constitution, Arizona v. Jay J. Garfield Bldg. Co., 39 Ariz. 45, 54, 3 P.2d 983, 986(1931), and this precedent fully supports that President Obama is a natural born citizen under the Constitution and thus qualified to hold the office of President. See United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649, 702-03(1898) (addressing U. S. Const. amend. XIV); Ankeny v. Governor of the State of Indiana, 916 N.E.2d 678,684-88 (Ind. App. 2010) (addressing the precise issue). Contrary to Plaintiff’s assertion, Minor v. Happersett ,88 U.S. 162 (1874), does not hold otherwise.

You left out the bit where they thought he would have a much better chance with a Muslim sounding name. And fake him going to Harvard rather than just pay for him to go there. And of course they must have gotten him to hang out with Rev. Wright and have an association with Bill Ayers so when election time came around that would....... umm help me out here Anders?

The Muslim sounding name is to make Muslim countries to be more accepting of him. Obama got another training than an ordinary Harvard education so they could not waste many years by letting him go there. Wright is probably a cabal member and Ayers possibly controlled opposition.

It seems possible that Barack Obama has a fraud identity. The problem is that it's a crime to have a fake identity I think. And they can't just arrest Obama and thousands of other people responsible. It would be too disruptive for society. So I guess we will have to live with the possibility of having a person with fake identity as the U.S. President and since Obama no doubt will get a second term, this potential charade will then continue for more than four years.

And the coverup will grow bigger and bigger until like 50% of the population will be in on it, lol.

The birth certificate is most likely also fake. The official PDF file of it isn't convincing. We can talk about that instead if you want to.
