So did you have a contract with CBC to use their video on your WFS site? And if so, why did you consent to them using statutory copyright law to remove it? I'm puzzled, old bean :confused::confused:

Thompson mentions the sex abuse he suffered in childhood and links it to his now having dual genders.

Over the months and years that Keith Thompson has been doing his thing one can sense a growing lunacy in his words and deeds. I doubt that during that time a single freeman buddy urged him to get the help of mental health professionals.

Indeed, this kind of lunacy was even encouraged by the folks who put him on underground radio, the WFS and the folks over at the Ickes Forum.

As far as I am aware, the video is still up. So not sure what you are talking about old bean. And no I do not have a contract, but rules of fair use for educational purposes apply. Old bean.

Video is down. Take 30 seconds and check for yourself. Of course, you can always be the mole in a game of whack-a-mole with the CBC by re-posting it.

And your ignorance of law shows again. Fair use is American law. Fair dealing is Canadian law. They are different, and there is a legal test for fair dealing which you are unlikely to pass given that you simply reposted the entire work (the amount of infringement is part of the test).

Same goes for your pathetic "de-bunking" of the piece. Copying the entire work and embedding some commentary in it is not likely, (but just barely possibly), fair dealing for any reason. And the reason in this case would be criticism, not education.

You should also be aware that parody is not covered by fair dealing.

You would know these simple facts if you were half the law expert you claim to be.

AGAIN. I am not the Admin for the site, they did not 'order' us to remove it, and I am unsure what video you are referring to. The links I saw were active still.

Hey Rob, why dont you just tell the guys at WFS to withdraw consent to the copyright act and keep showing the video, you can school them through the process.

After all Im sure they dont have to front you $250 first.

Just checked again (18:08 GMT), click the play button, get a message saying "No longer available due to a copyright claim by Canadian Broadcasting Corporation", old chappie.
The Bob Marley stuff is still okay though:)

But the admin acts under your direction? Where does the buck stop in the WFS site?
And maybe your admin should keep you better informed. What did Sun Tzu say about the importance of communication between troops?

In a way Bobby boy might be making a good marketing move by dressing like a beer bloated hobo.

Since so many freemen are living in vans, on their sister’s couch, in powerless and waterless homes in which they have squatted one could easily see where their guru could come off as a stuffed shirt if he cleaning up his act too much.
