Well, after a while i was able to match your "death stare" cropped image to the uncropped image I posted. This was simple; I compared it to reliable sources untill i got a match. Colourphotos of JFK of known provenance. The autopsy. It is one of a series that shows wounds matching those visible in the Z film, which is corroborated by other photos. We call this a chain of evidence.

And to answer your question, "academics". I assume that like "the laws of basic inertia" and "newtonian physics" it is a term that has fallen out of favour and been standardised to something else. No biggy, that is just the term I used, and still use for gathering evidence to investigate the nature and causes of a fault as a techy. If different areas, such as historians or the police use a different term for tha same thing so be it. Who cares.

Added to the sheer ludicrousness of the conspiracy theory in itself is that despite 50 years of 'investigation' CT's like Robert are no closer to fingering the guilty parties. CIA, FBI, LBJ, Cuba, the Soviets, the Mafia, all have been accused in various combinations. As for who actually carried out the assassination on the day; an even longer list of possibles is offered up. Robert can play with the evidence all he want's in a desperate effort to prove that black is actually white; the conspiracy theories collapse under the weight of their utter stupidity.

Well, it's a shame he belittled the Fortean Times article. Ramsey of the FT and the Lobster is one of the few CTers who goes about things the right way and admits when he is speculating with out evidence and is happy to admit when evidence implies rather than proves a claim to be correct.

He is also the only CTer I know of who has written a convincing argument, based on actual evidence, that attempts to place LBJ in meetings and discussions that could be construde as planning some form of action against JFK. I can't endorse his conclusions, but the research i an interesting read.

More CTers should follow his example.

RP is merely quote mining from others who at times actually went out to get information.. They misinterpret it, sometimes naively, sometimes just to do it, but RP can't tell the difference between fact and fiction.

Notice how he left off the bolded part. He was trying to prove his assertion that Oswald was a undercover agent for American intelligence who wowed the Ruskies with his fluent Russian that he learned at a U.S. government language school.

In reality, Oswald's Russian was inadequate even after living for several years in the Soviet Union. Marina thought he was from the Baltic because of his poor Russian.

In one of her interviews with Gerald Posner, Marina said she did not know Oswald was an American when she first met him and thought he might be from the Baltic because "they speak with accents" and "they don't speak Russian very well, they have different nationalities than the Russians." (Posner: pp. 64-65)

I think most posters here would agree that a spirited argument, free of name calling or sarcasm c an be fun and informative. Those kinds of discussions are rare in the internet.

RP is the quintessential internet hack. He attacks and name calls because he is nameless and faceless and does not have to take responsibility for his actions.

Let's all put RP on ignore, our lives will be richer for it.

I suggested many, many pages ago that after posting his "Final Nail" Robert should declare victory, pick up his marbles and move to another part of the playground. It looks like with his last two posts he has done exactly that. I agree with you that people should stop responding to his baiting and pouting. Use the ignore feature if necessary. I didn't intend that the subtitle of this thread, "It Never Ends," to be prophetic.

Lets look at the "mountain" of evidence you have presented:

1) a whole heap of speculation and assumption.
2) witness statements. Some of which have been repeatedly shown to be out of context or misrepresented.
3) a claim one kind of palmprint was left, with an article about another kind.
4) photographs cropped and rotated to claim one kind of wound is another.

When shown uncropped and in context 4) directly contradicts 2).

You have indeed shown evidence for a fatal shot to the head. Fired from behind. At the TSBD. The material evidence you have not disproved, and the witnesses you discount out of hand prove Oswald was the shooter.

Tell me Robby, are pitured of an exit wound in one place cropped and rotated to claim it is elsewhere dubious?
