Because time is not a dimension, and certainly not a dimension that can be bent by a single rocket traveling around Earth. Someone traveling 90% near the speed of light would not experience the entire universe speeding up by a factor of 2. Can I prove it? No, but that doesn't make the theory less ludicrous imo.

And if I really could prove it I would shut up about it, to avoid messing too much with the shadow powers.

I don't follow you. At 1 second and at 20 seconds, if you compare the clouds, the ones caught in the explosion are changed significantly. It's just that most of the clouds are too far away to get affected. We are literally seeing how far the explosion can push dust and the like by, you know, how far it is pushing dust and the like. Why would you expect clouds outside that area to be affected?

They show the beginning, middle and end of the video clip. The cloud marked with a green outline remains very similar. A real atom bomb explosion would have evaporated it with heat radiation before the super-heated steam ball even would have touched it.

Look to the left and below the initial cloud. You see clouds that clearly get enveloped and destroyed by the blast.

That one you are focusing on? We can't tell how far away it is. Evidently it was far enough away to avoid the blast entirely.

I don't know the details of general relativity. But what they say is that someone traveling in a rocket 90% of the speed of light relative to Earth would experience 5 years while on Earth 10 years would have passed. So for the person in the rocket that is certainly a contraction of time as a dimension.

Time is not a dimension since a dimension doesn't have an arrow. Nor is time travel possible since we always live in the now. The now moment is non-locally connected throughout the universe. Einstein's theory of relativity is a Big Lie con job, which hopefully the result from CERN soon will show.

The non-locality is simply because everything is connected in reality. Absolute separation is an illusion. Reality is a wholeness. My guess is that energy and matter are simply space vibrating. So space is not separate from matter.

No...that's a Wilson Cloud. It is a temporary condensation often observed in humid air during the rarefaction phase of the shock wave. In fact, it is cooler air than that around it, not warmer (and certainly not superheated).

Actually, we don't. The cloud layer is above the underwater blast and resulting column and "cauliflower." (the Baker shot of Operation Crossroads at Bikini Atoll).

Because shadows can only be cast on objects really close?

Hmm, those don't seem to be shadows at all (the sun is also clearly on the wrong side for a shadow to be cast like that). It looks like the cloud gets destroyed mostly and then reforms to some extent. Hard to say. It's certainly true that cloud at the beginning is shaped quite differently at the end. I'm not an expert on clouds, but that doesn't strike me as remotely impossible.
