"Remember Building 7" - "Largest 9/11 Campaign Ever"

In a not-so-surprising manner, they have lengthened the timeframe. Who would have guessed.

AE911Truth aka Richard Gage's gang (who as you remember get 5% of all donations for this campaign) are begging for more money on facebook.

http://www.facebook.com/ae911truth/posts/234677776582380

Please support this fundraising campaign to help show the TV, poster and print ads to 12 million people in NYC and other major US cities. We need to create a new public debate on the need for a new investigation and this initiative led by 9/11 family members and first responders is by far the most important one to date. Visit the website and donate any amount you can at http://rememberbuilding7.org/10

Notice the time of the posting. September 12th. One day after the money collecting was supposed to end. They are boringly predictable.

ETA: and if you go to their main profile page http://www.facebook.com/ae911truth you will see, that they have pimped for this campaign not once, not twice, but three times in a timeframe of just 12 hours yesterday. And if you scroll down, you'll see many many many more posts on the same subject. Desperate, anyone?

Sorry for not knowing, but who are the "first responders" who support this? Is it just Erik Lawyer?

That's been the case at NYCCAN and WhateverTheyCallTheirBuilding7CampaignThisWeek.com for awhile now.

Somehow Richard Gage has become the Don Corleone of the 9-11 Truth movement. Nothing happens without him getting a cut.

That was something I didn't understand. The SPONSOR takes money? Isn't the SPONSOR supposed to SPONSOR the campaign by giving out money?

I sponsored a mate to walk up a mountain for Marie Curie last year. I really need to have a word with those cancer curing folks about getting my cut.

The IRS only gives two extensions, with severe penalties after the second due date of November 15th.

Tania Torres of AE911T told me they have only filed one extension. She asked that I contact her after August 15th to get the Form 990. I requested it, and the extension paperwork on Labor day.

Nothing heard back.

I know this poster can't reply, but has anyone else asked for the paperwork? Perhaps the proverbial goose is cooked.

I just thought I'd update, what everybody already saw coming.

This campaign and money collecting thing was supposed to end on 11th of September.

- No updates on this on the main rememberbuilding7 campaign website, just the old "donate now" buttons
- No updates on Facebook, they have moved on to other topics
- No updates on their twitter
- No updates on ae911truth.org
- No updates on 911blogger, only one blog posting containing a request for donations for this campaign, posted September 15th
- No updates on truthaction forum, or as a matter of fact on any other forum either for all that I could find
- And most importantly, not a single truther or any other person questioning the results or the fate of this campaign, or questioning how it is doing, where is it going, did they get money and how much? Not anywhere, like nobody cares. And this was the biggest and most important campaign ever?
Looks like Gage is gonna have to go back to being an architect. However, I don't think he'll have much success finding work.;)

Maybe he can manage a McDonald's?

It seems they have one other, a Joey Garofalo (third poster at that page). Not much on Google about him after a brief search.

:D Good question! Yes, that is odd. I've never heard of a sponsor receiving donations.

I'll email triforcharity and ask him to send me the form 990 when he gets it. I'd be very interested in it. Not sure if anyone else has requested it, though.

I did find this using Google:

http://www.facebook.com/JillNicolini/posts/10150304971114805

"My husband Joe Garofalo aka Joey angel on FB heads a national organization for 911 first responders. He has just recorded an interview by Alex Jones in addition to an ad campaign regarding building 7 which will be posted on NYC buses and trains."

The 'Remember WTC7' campaign should take out dozens or hundreds of small cheap ads in the papers asking New Yorkers to contact them about their own personal experience on 9/11. Those who were at or around ground zero. Then a database of informatiion on the various aspects could be collated. A video record could be made.

Questions like 'was the ust cloud cool or hot'

'Did you notice anything strange on the day'

There must be a hundred questions like that.

It would be very inclusive too and allow the ordinary civilian to feel like he is contributing to the general push for Truth, and at no personal risk.

PS. Suggestions for important and useful questions requested....

'Did you get any crud in your hair ? Did you keep any of it ?

Apparently Bill thinks the source material for imagined anomalies is get too debunked so he needs some more to get the twoofers all excited about.

So what would be done to establish the authenticity of respondents and that they were not just a bunch of twoofer shills?

'Did you notice anything strange on the day'

Really Bill?

"No, it was a perfectly normal NYC day, well except for the planes crashing and the buildings collapsing and all those people dying". "The smog seemed a bit heavy in Manhatten".

An oral history would be interesting, and poigniant, but would also be abused by truthers wanting to find soem "clue" in it.

"Was there anything unusual about the day?"

Yes. I can think of several things unusual about the day. Planes flown into buildings to demolish them for one...

You forgot 'and relevant' .Perhaps none of them found anything unexpected had happened given the circumstances. That would help debunkers surely ? We Truthers would only wring it dry of useful information if there was any to be wrung.

Twoofer history is full of things they found "unexpected" because they were ignorant. Why should we expect any change now?

Actually, no. What one finds unexpected says nothing about the reality of the situation and everything about the individual's own expectations (their range of experiences and depth of knowledge).

I, personally, found the collapses unexpected at the moment they occurred. That doesn't mean that, in reality, there was something suspicious about them or even that I found them suspicious at the time. It just means that I was not experienced or educated in the design and/or construction of the Twin Towers and how the things I was seeing on that day might negatively affect the performance of those buildings.

You don't think the aircraft striking the buildings were relevent?:jaw-dropp

Why do you insist on calling yourself truthers when so little of what you say has anything to do with evidence and truth by the way?

Why do so many truthers just want to use the deaths of perfectly innocent people, and the grief of their families to fuel some anti-establishment message?

Cool

'Did you notice anything strange on the day'

You mean besides 4 airplane hijackings, several total or partial building collapses and US Airspace being shut-down? Nah.

What a richard - Head!

I just wanted to update, that there still are no updates related to this campaign.

I suppose they collected a miserable amount of money compared to their goal of one million dollars, maybe they got just 50k, or 5k?

Who knows how much they got, they aren't telling. But I think right now they are wondering what to do with that money. Possibly a significant sum, but nowhere near enough to accomplish what they promised to.

And the truthers are only helping them get away with the money again, since there are no questions asked. Or is it possible, that nobody donated any money, and thus don't question?

Anywhoo, the money collectors owe an explanation. What happened? Who gets the donated money now, since they clearly failed to reach the goal, and we still haven't heard anything back?

Next update next week. Don't bet on any progress. :)

Thanks for that, ref.

Yes, it seems they're afraid to announce the amount they've raised in fear of their detractors, but they are doing an injustice to those who've donated.

Probably those who've donated are afraid that they've backed a lame nag, which is why they're not complaining. Plus, truthers aren't too bright, after all.
