Continuation Part 3 - Discussion of the Amanda Knox case

Rose, I haven't been following the Scazzi case, not being able to read Italian. I know there seem to be a lot of people accused of her murder over time but who did it? Was it the uncle and were other family members involved at all?

I was stunned to realize that Ms. Represented had in fact misrepresented herself, and I am thankful for this information, which I only learned today, on this forum....

I would like to know of any circumstance where anyone involved with IIP took any action as you have mentioned above. This behavior clearly comes from one side in this debate.

I understand that I made myself a target by discussing the truth about PMF and TJMK. Everything I have ever written has pertained to the information those groups spread throughout the internet. They have spewed hatred for nearly 4 years at two innocent people and the truth needed to be told. It has never been my intention to pry into their personal lives in an attempt harm their well being in any way.

An exception was made with Peter Quennell when we discovered that a young woman was being harassed by Quennell. This was not discovered by some grand investigation but rather by talking to one person that Quennell had designed a website for. She opened up to me about her situation and needed help. She was put in contact with the proper authorities to provide her with protection and to stop the harassment. The information about this young woman's ordeal was posted online (with her full approval) so that others could be made aware of the situation and take precautions to protect themselves. Peter Quennell has put himself in a position where he has a following. His readers deserve to know who they are putting their trust in. I have talked to 2 other women besides the young woman discussed above that have been threatened or mistreated by Quennell. His behavior cannot be ignored. IIP helped a young woman who was being harassed and informed the public about the person harassing her. I certainly don't think this falls into the same category as the behavior witnessed by PMF/TJMK.

PMF/TJMK wants to out people so they can harm their well being. Their actions are proof of this. There is no other reason to contact someone's employer. Peggy Ganong recently said that it would be a good tribute to Meredith to out those who disagree with their philosophy. She also said that she posts comments on her board about people simply to see what the reaction might be. It is her way of finding out if something might be true.

Just today she repeated an outright lie that Amanda Knox almost confessed. This is completely false but Peggy doesn't care about facts she just wants to get a reaction.

There has been an obsession in recent months on PMF with me. Most recently one of their posters (Tom M) claimed to drive by my house to take pictures. Multiple members have dedicated their avatars to me. Peggy said that avatars are another good way to preserve the memory of Meredith. Really? My appearance and personal life have no bearing on my involvement with IIP. So why has PMF been obsessed with finding out those details for the past year? Does my photo help to preserve the memory of Meredith? That's their mission right?

I have never suggested that I was an expert and have always made it crystal clear that I rely on the experts who have volunteered countless hours for a cause they believe in. Nothing that PMF/TJMK says about me will change the facts about what they have done. The truth is clear about those groups and most of their following has evaporated.

I expect the anger to escalate in the weeks to come as it becomes clear to the world that Amanda and Raffaele will soon be free. Hopefully when the nightmare finally ends for Amanda and Raffaele, the people that have built up so much hatred for the two will finally step away from the keyboard and stop the nonsense.

The problem with Rudy staging the breakin post murder is the same as with Amanda and Raffaele. He has to stick around in the house with a dead body making noise by breaking the window. if he wanted to get caught that badly, why dod he run off to Germany?

Breaking the window and then walking into the cottage with Meredith doesn't fully explain why Meredith's keys are missing or the dynamics of Rudy exiting the bathroom and immediately getting into a fight.

I don't see these as obstacles to the possibility that Rudy threw the rock from the outside beforehand to see if anyone was home, or afterward, to alert neighbors that there might be trouble at the house.

Meredith's keys are missing because he took them with him after locking her in her room. As for coming out of the bathroom and getting in a fight -- that's just Rudy's story.

It seems she misrepresented herself as an experienced Psychologist. In reality she is a recent University of Bath graduate working as a Social Media Analyst and has never been a working Psychologist. Her only previous work in psychology was a summer internship and before that her only previous work, according to her linkedin profile, was working at a spa.

Miss Represented was in 2009 a favorite of the guilt sites TJMK/PMF in their search to see the conviction of Amanda Knox. It is the standard we have come to expect from these sites that do not seek or honor the truth.

From this ladies picture one could make it look and seem as if she were a satanic drug induced sex orgy going cold blooded crazy looking heartless evil murderer. And yet she's not this (lets hope). The point is that leaks and picture shots purposely trying to make her look evil have done ALL of the damage and the people who have made themselves heard (that would be us), the grassroots effort has done nothing but HELP Amanda Knox and Rafaele Sollecito. We've made a difference. People who think like her are very VERY few now. This person knows it as well and this seems to me like a desperate attempt to "hold on", as if there were any people left to try to persuade.

I know you asked Rose ...hope you don’t mind if I chime in...

The uncle Michele confessed to killing the girl by strangling her with a white belt. He then confesses to having sex with the dead body after which he tosses the girl down a well and covers it with a large rock. He leads police not only to the well but also to Saras personal items including her cell phone which he hid inside a tree.

SO you might ask....why then is Micheles daughter and wife in jail for the crime while Michele himself is out free as a bird and apparently creating shrines in his garage to the dead girl?

Well, first consider that the Italian police are involved. And for anyone familiar with the Kercher murder that would be enough said...

It seems the police looked at the large rock covering the well and decided that there was no way he could have moved it by himself. Next the police find a cell phone ping from his daughter that might have come from someone near the well...any bells ringing yet? So now the police are certain Sabrina (the daughter) helped move the rock...even though there are witnesses that show it was impossible for Sabrina to be involved...as she has an alibi for all but 10 or 15 minutes.

Now somehow ....not exactly sure here... the mother of Sabrina is also charged and she is in jail. Meanwhile Michele recants and is released from prison. Making any sense yet?

Now it seems there are 15 others charged in the crime ...and the whole town (village) is listed as injured parties somehow. The trial has been postponed while the Supreme Court decides on the defense request for a change of venue.

You can do a Google search and watch the village line up to spit on the car as the mother is arrested and given the mandatory perp ride thru town....only in Italy....

PS...Michele now changes his story again and admits that he did it.

Is there a blog/website/forum dedicated to a balanced discussion on the Avetrana case? I'm finding it very difficult to find clear information on this case that gives the full picture and the breakdown of the evidence. Even if it's in Italian it's fine as I speak the language. I've read an article about Sabrina's cellphone being picked up by cell towers that were in the area of where the body was dumped, but not enough info to get a full understanding.

Apologies for being somewhat off-topic on my first JREF post!

If Rudy didn't climb up the wall and enter through the window, how and why did it get unlatched and opened? Why is glass picked out of one side of the pane and placed on the sill under the other side? How did the outer shutters get opened and then partially closed afterwards?

Rudy's story just happens to justify every place a competent investigation should find his fingerprints or DNA.

Bruce IIP doesn't own the innocent side of things. Having paid attention to this case from day 1, I've read the pro innocent comments all along and your attack on PQ isn't the only such attack. As for that attack, which didn't personally feel necessary anymore than the fur salesman stuff, I don't see how it will protect people from him and could have been done in a more subtle way.

Recently there have been suggestions about going after FBN because he works at the UW and must be posting during working hours. He and his wife were called out.

Anyway, I said that the other side has proudly raised this kind of harassment to an art form and clearly have and continue to go after all sorts of people for taking an innocent position. Just yesterday they attacked another reputable journalist while defending two of the least qualified.

An aside, they can track down every detail of everyone concerned with justice from the accused side yet the great leader claimed not to know that Barbie went to school in SD and never graduated. Just imagine that a journalist that doesn't toe the line of guilt PR hadn't gone to the right school and didn't even finish at the wrong school. And where did she get that accent?

I am curious - what is your opinion of all this especially from your post/s here in the past concerning harassment at the workplace and threats? (Granted I am taking Missrepresented's word she is being harassed just as I am taking your word that you also were harassed - I also believe you both are of the same profession.)

If I were those defending Amanda and Raffaele or those who want justice for Meredith there are many people, posters, etc. I would disassociate with. The side show has nothing in the way of promoting truth and justice and has everything with detracting from it.
