Though at the same time, what would he have to lose? He's already been convicted of Meredith's death, it's not like they can convict him again.

You might want to reconsider your above post, while Alt-F4 can be painfully stubborn about things and uses numerous fallacies to try and back her points up, that did come across as rather rude.

It might be an idea to have a sleep on it and sober up, Alt-F4 isn't worth getting suspended or banned over, and all you are presently doing is giving her groupies more ammo to use in calling anyone that dares support the idea that AK and RS might be not-guilty names back.

Well there is nothing like some poisoning of the well, a few good strawmen, all topped off with an ad homemin or two before any testimony even occurs to make sure that whatever a person says that you can write it off via one or more of the previous fallacies and thus remain firmly attached to your own beliefs on the matter.

What? You're more concerned about Supernaut getting suspended than the vile, personal attacks Alt-F4 has been receiving? No wonder one side of this debate has virtually deserted this forum.

Why am I not surprised that you twist this situation as well. I would have thought that even you would recognise a polite "Shut up and stop it because you're close to breaching the MA" when you saw it, but apparently not. I guess you totally missed my first post on the matter telling SN to stop being rude, but why bother with that when you can cherrypick and twist.

I guess since I'm going to be accused of things whether I do them or not, next time I see someone being rude to those on your side of the fence I'll just keep my mouth shut and let you squabble like kids instead of trying to stand up for you.

Because for AK and RS to be framed, which is what you guys are effectively claiming, would require a conspiracy of widespread proportions. It must just be me, but I find CTs hard to accept.

The defense would look desperate if they sought these snitches out but that is not the case. If Guede opened up in prison and revealed information then it may be useful. I don't have any faith in any of these witnesses so I think that will be difficult to prove. If there are specific unknown details repeated by multiple people that Guede spoke to in prison then it might hold some weight. First we would need to know if there was any possibility for conversation between all of these witnesses in advance.

I know some are jumping all over this trying to pin this on those who support Amanda and Raffaele but it's pointless because you won't find any of us acting overly excited about these witnesses. Most people that I talk to are pretty realistic about it.

Show it then. What evidence of their guilt exists and who must be involved in the conspiracy to have forged that evidence.

You're kidding, aren't you? How many posts have there been in this thread claiming police and prosecution coercion, tampering with evidence, destroying evidence etc, etc. ? The conspiracy must include all police involved in the investigation and all involved in the prosecution, as well as forensic investigators, over a period of several years with not a single whistleblower. Given the often slanderous comments about the Italian police and legal system, this would require an amazing, iron-like discipline which these fools and dupes surely lack.
