Well, if you actually get in contact with the sceptic group you've been saying you'll get in contact with, come to a mutually-agreed protocol and do better than chance within that protocol, I'd consider that strong evidence in your favour.

Which takes me back to an interesting question: why do you think it is more likely that everyone on Earth is lying to you than that you have an illness?

Why are you asking this? You said we ALL can hear you and are lying when we say we can't. You're not telepathic, so you are just setting this poster up so you can call him/her a liar. It's a bizarre game to play.

If he can't tell me the towns name then I am perplexed as to why he mentioned it as I would have said so if I could hear someone telepathically from Norway. If he thinks his possible telepathy is real and his belief is based on experience that he thinks he can prove, then he too has a shot at the $1M.

All I know is I cannot hear him to my knowledge.

I get no gratification from calling people liars, perhaps you have judged me by your own level.

I am looking for assistance with proof as the heading of this forum suggests.

The IPCC have requested from me a reason as to why they should not dispense with the investigation as I have been described as "fantastical" as per section 181 of the IPCC guide lines by the Police, who themselves requested the dispensation.

The Police Officer who I communicated with has stated that my claim cannot be proven so has requested dispensation. I have written to the IPCC describing how the claim can be proven using a cat ship test. Nice to see the Sledge back with his comments. The IPCC is a procedural establishment who must follow protocol. If there is a way of proving a case then they must endeavour to follow that direction. They can of course dismiss my claim as per the dispensation request. I will wait for their answer.

OK... What is the nature of your complaint? What do you want to be investigated?

Were you arrested, abused, stuck in the asylum, what?

If you say "They lied about being able to hear my thoughts so I filed a complaint." then you are misusing the complaint system as per section 181:
