I heard that one of the nuclear power plants in Japan created a hydrogen explosion. That sounds like a load of crock to me. What kind of chemical reaction created the hydrogen?
At high temperatures, zirconium in the fuel cladding reacts with water splitting it into hydrogen and oxygen. An explosive mixture of gasses.

Sounds suspicious to me.
Sounds suspicious to me. Couldn't it be that it was not really a nuclear power plant and instead a water fuel cell plant, disguised as a nuclear power plant to keep the technology (similar to Stanley Meyer's invention) secret?
And the radiation?
Of course it does.
But I don't need to respond to your emotions. I only need to get the science right.
The rest of your response is @#$%ing stupid and not worth answering.

I saw one news report where they said that hadn't found much radiation at all! Only tiny a amount, which could be from all sorts of things instead of from the nuclear reactor.

I agree that the panic is excessive but there ARE elevated levels or radiation in the area. Care to site your source suggesting that it is NOT from the plant?
Also, fissle material is monitored worldwide. Do you really think that a plant brought in nuclear material, converted it into waste, and didn't use it to make energy? If they weren't converting it into nuclear waste, where is all of the unspent material?
What makes you think it is a fuel cell plant specifically? Who told you that?

I think it’s more likely that the power plant is an advanced hologram.
I got the idea earlier when I read some posts from someone who had a totally outrageous claim about nuclear power being a hoax. I'm open to all kinds of wild theories, but that was over the top even for me, lol. But it made me think that, as a conspiracy theory, some nuclear power plants could actually easily in reality be water fuel cell plants in disguise. Still a pretty far-out conspiracy theory, but anyway, I want to have all options on the table.
EASILY?
Thousands of nuclear plant workers are lying?
Hundreds nuclear engineers and construction workers are lying?
All nuclear regulatory agencies are lying?
All news agencies cover are lying?
Fuel cell manufacturers are lying?
Numerous nuclear waste storage sites are lying?
RADIATION is lying?
