Many Truthers blame George W. Bush for the 9/11 attacks and at the same they say that he made goofy slip-ups in his speeches as mistakes. I doubt that GWB is guilty of the initial attacks on September 11, 2001 and instead I believe that his slip-ups were deliberate, carefully chosen to bring messages to people in key and high positions who were forced to go along with the cover-up.
Here is one such message from George W. Bush at a Presidential News Conference, September 15, 2006:
"For example, Khalid Sheik Mohammed described the design of plane attacks on building inside the U.S. and how operatives were directed to carry them out. That is valuable information for those of us who have the responsibility to protect the American people.
He told us the operatives had been instructed to ensure that the
explosives went off at a point that was high enough to prevent people trapped above from escaping." [My emphasis]

A slip-up? No, a deliberate message to those above "a point high enough" who were, like himself, trapped and had to go along with the cover-up.
