Examples of U.S. Soverign Citizen (Freeman on the Land) Failures

I like this. instead of being burdened with 15 minutes of reading to find answers you just want them given to you. (this is everyones problem to begin with)

Second paying taxes has nothing to do with becoming sovereign and why the question was ignored.

So you do pay your taxes.I thought so.

ive never heard of a "birth bond" so i looked it up on google, the first result is indicative of everything the freeman movements is about, heres what the first result lists as the requirements to obtain become "bonded" (bolding mine):

i have no further comment, ill let the quote speak for itself

From the link:

"The courts worth what £2 million? The judges bond poultry few hundred thousand? And the rest... well chump change!! So let’s be kind and say £3million top whack! Where’s the other £297,000,000 coming from? Enjoy those thoughts I’ll leave that bit with you, watch “Winston Shrouts Kelowna” for more detail."

KFC sells their chicken awfully cheap!

the 'Commercial Lien' maneuver always cracks me up. The 'logic' (I think) is that by failing to reply to bonkers letter / document a 3rd party is contracturally 'bound' to cough up big money (usually gold). This idiocy fails to take in account a key component of the classical analysis of contract law - ie intention to create legal relations.

Whereas it is my understanding that the whole thing seems to be a scam to avoid paying road tax, insurance and obtain a license.

Whereas it is also my understanding that it is also an excuse to grow illegal drugs and posess illegal weapons.

If I got a letter like this i would send the Firearms unit round at the double.

According to Their own Society
Notaries are primarily concerned with the authentication and certification of signatures and documents for use abroad.

They are also authorised to conduct general legal practice (excluding the conduct of proceedings) They may exercise the powers of a Commissioner for Oaths.

The majority also practise as solicitors but the scrivener notaries do not, nor do some 150 of the general notaries.

It says they are appointed by the 'Archbishop of Canterbury' which is an interresting little historical quirk, I wonder how that came about.

I think I have spotted the problem:

Bluekush623,

May I ask: Do you subscribe to this whole "birth bond" theory? If so, can you please tell me the size of the bond, where it comes from, and who holds the money for it?

No, he definitely approves of the "Right of the People" to "alter or abolish" the laws of a country. Remember the bit of the Declaration of Independence that he tried to grandfather into the Constitution?

I'm still waiting for him to find a document that allows the FOTLers to ignore any existing law that they don't want to comply with, rather than getting it altered or abolished.

Ignoring a immaterial mental construct is essentially Altering or Abolishing it.

You cant take a law out to the backyard and physically mend it into something new.

And for the infinite time, Freeman do not pick and choose what laws to abide by.

All Freeman do is distinguish what is LAW (mala in se) and what is LEGAL (mala prohibitium) and in distinguishing the Law and Legality they understand that Legality needs your consent for it to have any jurisdiction, just living in a area of land is not consent of the governed.

If the fotl legal arguments are in fact correct and those in authority really secretly know they are correct, why is it when one of those in authority happens themself to face criminal charges they never run a fotl style defence? A politician or judge when in the dock does not claim he is exempt from statute law, does he? It would be a get out of jail free card wouldn't it?
So why don't they of all people do it?

The thing is we DONT know for sure that current legal authorities even know.

I have said that they could just be completely ignorant and oblivious to sovereignty. They just do their jobs as the manual says.

And the reason why those in authority can not use Freeman theories/practices is because they are in contract/consent with the government. They took an Oath to follow the rules of the institution.
If they tried to somehow say that they were not apart of the institution they would be looking at fraud, so they must accept the responsibility of their decisions.

I'm a lawyer, I earn my living by sorting out my clients legal problems. I also like winning cases. If I'm bad at my job they won't come back or pass on a recommendation. If I thought for one second FMOTL theories actually had any chance of success I'd advise my clients & run their cases in accordance with FMOTL jurisprudence. I've seen not one iota of evidence that any of this works. What I have seen is a bunch of so called 'freemen' who are completely focused on dodging paying taxes, getting their greedy paws on the mythical 'birth bond' payout (they'd do better to look for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow) & getting a house for free with ludicrous attempts to redeem mortgages.

You never see 'freemen' articulate any ideas about dealing with societies problems (ie crime, family breakdown, child neglect etc). At least the current legal system trys to deal with these things. Why? As far as I can see freemen are fundamentally selfish, greedy individuals who are obsessed with the bottom line. They don't care about anyone else but themselves & the contents of their wallets.

And those individuals are frauds, lets not forget that there are MILLIONS of frauds who are American Citizens, it doesn't mean all Americans are frauds.

I could articulate ideas on societies problems all day. Prohibition and the War on drugs is the perfect and actually relevant discussion but this calls for a whole different thread and day.

I could say ALL people are fundamentally selfish, greedy individuals who are obsessed with the bottom line and in reality this is actual truth, but like i said don't label people by what they call themselves, label them by what they do.

Just as all Americans are not frauds neither are Freemen.
